Seen as we've all been abit down recently with the site here is the first installment my huge update i was gona hold it all back but i thought we all needed cheering up!

Right then guys and girls think it finally time to let you in to what's been going on with the sr!

As you will no I took it off the road in December and cracked on with selling a few bits off that I wouldn't be needing any more. Then it was time to do some shopping. :D

First thing on the list was a low mileage running 4efte so after some searching and bartering off me and john (ro55ifumi) to collect a bargain 44,000k engine with balanced flywheel and Exedy clutch and gearbox!

While I was waiting for some bits to be delivered I decided to give the sump a clean and give it a lick of paint whan getting it off the engine there was a big dint in one sidewhat looked like it was from the fork lift when the scrap yard took the engine out. But I gave it a lick of hammerite and resealed it.

You engine bay looks mint after a bit of degreaser. I've got degreaser sat at mine but dad won't let me go near it with a pressure washer once it's been degreased as he swears my electrics will suffer.... So my engine bay is staying greasy for now lol

Awesome Rob... Tell you what mate ive seen imported Glanzas in worse condition! Engine bay and all the usual places are rust free. Which for a UK car is impressive!

Looks awesome mate, remember im only 15mins down road if you need a set of spare hands!
