Had a bad car accident

I'm still kind of confused at the moment so this probably isn't making a lot of sense.

Last night was out driving, must of hit ice and spun out, can hardly remember a thing.

Amazingly, I'm only suffering from cuts/bruises, had a few stitches, can't walk because one ankle is very sore and swollen.

fuckin hell, you must have been going at some speed to rip the front end apart from the car.

lucky your not worse off mate, hopefully people will slow down a bit when they see this.

Hit a lamp post, took the front end clean off, floor, firewall, the lot.

It was a straight road so I'm guessing I must have hit some ice, snaked towards the curb, hit the curb, spun out and then hit the lamp post. I was so lucky, if the impact had been further back I don't think I'd be sat here writing this now.

It's completely mad how it only had my ankles. It's wierd to think if it had hit the car a few inches further back I'd be gone.
