they diff did both twin and single pots for the St165 celica. this however appears to be neither of those. Duncan on TGTT has came up with a super response, ill quote it over here incase anyone is ever lost and searching again! Phil

ill try to get whatever markings are on the calipers. Im certain the right hand side of my pic above is the seal needed for the st165 twinpots from a celica (cause ive used these before) so what are the other models that use this twinpot? Levin of some age? Phil

Bought a caliper rebuild kit for my brake kit apparently st165 twin pot celica ones. This is the thread where I bought them from starbuck. Who bought them from shorty previous. Now firstly the reason I'm not doing this by private message or behind the scenes is simple,my lack of knowledge on the celica brake setups is completely my own fault and neither shorty nor starbuck have done anything wrong in all this. I'm just asking the masses and should anyone have any input it's very welcome. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/79086-for-sale-toyota-starlet-celica-twinpot-brake-upgrade/?froms

i wouldn't agree, and im not all that stupid. thats how plenty of people would describe a post like yours. thick & ignorant. As Dean in the orange car has said he knows what people will think of his car, and as Azz says above so long as your sensible when you need to be. Now im not saying everyone is sensible all the time, im certainly not. but styling that is lairy or garish looks the opposite of sensible all the time, nomatter how you drive. thats a fact. Im not saying you need to care, and im happy to see lots of people dont but your only driving your

Well some progress this morn at the GT Discs need a tidy up for the gt4 conversion After a quick blast and some elbow grease Calipers and front brace in etch primer Getting there Sorted Rebuild kit ordered and clips on their way also. Maybe try to get the rears sorted at the same time. Discs and pads likely not go amiss. scored myself some nice part worn semi slickers. Phil

True. Seen both give, but at 1 bar td04 and a decent tune you wont have bother with either. GT is thicker but seen them bend. Glanza rods are thinner seen them broken Seen both through the side of a block. get a good tune and use whatever engine you can get cheapest. Phil
