  1. 12 x 6 is american. 13 x 6.5 is jap and thats what size fills the recess on front and back of Glanza's.
  2. What are you using to control boost?
  3. My guess is you filling the brake reservoir not the clutch reservoir. Look behind the brake fluid reservoir to the right there is an even smaller pot for the clutch fluid. Are you filling that one?
  4. I dont think people really specify a size when it comes to stickers. When I get stickers I get them whatever size they are and just make them fit in a suitable place for the size. If these stickers are for your detailing business I think something small that could be stuck on the paintwork saying "Polished by Ninja Shine" would look cool.
  5. Its an autobahn jobby, I have messed about with it quite a bit to get it sitting where it is, but yeah its a tidy fit. Also dont bother with new headlights get someone who is into detailing to sort them. Mine were fucked and I got my mate who does all this detailing stuff to wet sand them and machine polish them and they came up like new. Thanks for all comments too. Will try and keep this upto date in future.
  6. Not yet lol, the windscreen is cracked so im waiting till I get it replaced then ill re sticker it.
  7. Well 2 years on since i first got the car here is a proper update of what has been done over the last year or so. Nice new gear knob New boost controller and abused the foooook out of the ct9, for a lil while anyway Got this cool lil shift light too, it was a freebie as my first gizzmo boost controller was fucked Wired the shift light to this switch which replaced the aircon buttons, the red light comes on when it time for some boost, serves as a warning to passengers Chilled the boost a bit but the snow and fog didnt stop me much Had the car on D2's and they slowed me down loa
  8. If you need any help fitting it just drop us a line, id also go for fixed, are you really ever going to need to alter it?
  9. No way ill run coilovers on roads round here, I once had D2's on the rear for a week, they were trying to turn my spine to dust!
  10. Pfffffttttt if only you knew how its making flames!
  11. ^^ The noise is not relevant to speed, it makes the same noise no matter how fast I go. Ive had the front end up in the air and nothing clicks when I spin the wheels, so its not CV / drive shaft related. Anyway Ive been told its probably the top mount that's worn and making the noise, cheapest thing to replace so going to srat there and see how it goes.
  12. My car is driving me insane, it has developed the most anoying creaking noise ever. Hopefully you can hear it in this vid, you may have to turn it up quite loud as it seems to have picked up more road noise than anything else, buts it the stupid clicking in the background and its super loud in the car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EboZaosTYcU Its coming from the front left strut area, i have had the car up in the air and its not the wheel as it spins with no clicking, ive had the whole front end and arch off and its nothing under there. If i bounce the car it does start making the noise
  13. I would have to disagree, my coldpipe that enters the inlet is always cold after a blast. A fmic intercooler has no issues cooling the ct9, so yeah can't see inlet temps being any higher than at 1bar.
  14. Lol this thread reminded me I spotted Carl also a week or so ago, down manvers, in the back of a police car with the Glanza pulled up. Too much boosting lol?
  15. I guarentee it will be a silicone pipe not tightened up properly. I had a leak for sooooooo long took ages to find. My advice would be to take your intercooler to bits and refit the pipes. Try the cold side, see if it goes, if not try the hot side.
  16. Its very rare an actuator will cure fuel cut. Now you have tried it it hasn't worked time to try something else. You could port the wastegate, this is easy to do and will almost defo cure it. Or you could restrict the intake or exhaust side by altering how air enters the bine or restricting exhaust gasses with the cat for example.
  17. Thought as much, looked to me as if the seals where shagged and it had been cleaned to hide it.....
  18. That turbo off Socks upto much? I had a quick look at it myslef but it looked foobarred to me, hope I didnt miss a good en?
  19. Lol you guys are harsh, not everyone who buys a starbo is a starlet guru extraordinaire. Looks quite a good buy to me at that price if its a manual.

    Jam Ecu

From a Blitz user, My idle settle to a steady 600 - 800 rpm, so yeah yours is high, maybe try you standard ecu to confirm its defo the ecu. Running lean? never seen one run lean on a rr graph, they richen up top end always. I suspect if it was running lean you would know about it by now. If you need the fueling checked im sure Ricky at Race Tech could sort you out. He has all the wideband bits for doing mapping.
  21. Good luck with the new build, without sounding like a total vulture can I call dibs on your HDI ct9 hot pipe please?
  22. Lol i didnt mean anything or think owt of it, ct9 plus blitz ftw lol. Has your bumper actually been painted yet matt? Looked nice and clean other day.
  23. I ran just over a bar and got 193.7 so yeah......
