  9. brake, drop a gear, turn in, hit apex, begine to slide yet still keep lock on hmmmm i can see wher his going wrong maybe needs to learn the art of oposite lock ????
  10. to be honest its not down to the exhaust to po and spit flames, its down to engine and turbo spec along with tune aswell. if you want a loud poppy and flamy exhaust though its all about a front exit but its not going to do what you want on a standard engine and tune

  12. My dad. been banger racing since before i was born i started when i was 10 to being about 12 then just stick with me through getting bikes etc then as soon as i hit 16 the cars came in
  13. Glanza-love : 600 if new, second hand can get emanage ultimate for 200 for unit if you look in the right places
  14. 1st sketch is miiiiiiles better, if you want something that looks like a radical, buy a radical lol. go for 1st sketch so you can see all susp setup etc (Y)
  15. The inch long welds you do intermittently is called stitch welding, its big on the XE powered nova/corsa scene. If your seam welding you weld all the seams solid with no gaps in the weld.
  16. Ronal teddies are awsome they do not deserve to be on a "barry" thread mate of mine had a skoda fabia mega low on these with an imaculate candy spray on one side and street graffiti on the other looked awsome
  17. i fail to see a problem
  18. This is how i would do it if i had and wanted to keep the N/A not including any suspention or brake mods - Cat-Back exhaust system (2") - Decat Pipe (also 2") - 4 branch manifold - Custom cold air intake mouting the airfilter as close to the front of the car as possible without going too near anything warm - 4efe Corolla intake manifold - Some sort of piggyback ecu to trim the fueling and make the most of the above modifications - lightweight flywheel - Ported/polished head with some GOOD cams 5efhe cams are good put some better spec'ed cams would obviously be better - Custom high comp pistons As you can see it soon gets expensive. Ive allways fancied trying to put a yaris tsport 1.5 in a starlet with its VVTi, 105bhp as standard (toyota claim 108), as these engine can gain anything up to like 20bhp from simple breathing mods
  19. im with luke on that one phil de-wiper would be alot better, but ide keep toyota badge
  20. Heres one at not a bad price good base if you ask me http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-TOYOTA-STARLET-...=item20af25f95b
  21. Looks a treat, back end if pretty much finished IMPO maybe smooth rear wiper over but apart from that it looks awsome
  22. Looks well this, the "caterham/7" style nosecone looks good however i would have it protruding into your line of sight as much as it is in that picture. ide make it a little lower so you can see where your going
  23. Spending too much on show and not enough on go
