I keep seeing a black GT in Kidderminster parked on the car park by the viaduct. Anyone here? Probably seen my white Starlet going around?

A couple of days ago there was some work being done on the drains in a road, which I'm pretty sure was sewage works. There was alot of water running down the road which looked clean so I assumed it was just overflow or whatever, anyhow I drove through this water, it wasn't deep or anything infact it just looked like it had been raining quite hard in one place. I thought nothing of it at the time but now if I have my heaters on so they're taking air from outside, you can faintly smell the same sewerage smell that was around on the night where I drove past it. I'm guessing that the water WASN'T

It's pointless as you'll still have the restriction of the diameter of the exhaust system. What's the point of increasing flow right at the end of the system when the rest of it is restrictive?

Might Be Selling Up Soon And Moving To Another Toyota

Calm down mate you've taken that completely the wrong way! I'm not slating anybody. I have the "inferior model Starlet" because of cost. Dale says he can insure both the 140 and 190 bhp versions of the Celica, so it makes sense from my point of view to go with the 190. How is it slating? It's just giving an opinion. And you've got that wrong, it's actually cheaper to insure a GT than it is to insure the CRX. Quite a bit cheaper infact. Honestly though if you beat a standard GT Four in a standard Glanza then you're obviously a better driver than them. Or they weren't trying. -

That's what I was thinking. I drove past a parked Supra yesterday, then told everyone I raced it and won. -

Then the GT Four obviously wasn't trying, a gen 6 GT Four would walk a standard Glanza all day long. If you're going to get a gen 7 make sure it's the 189bhp version else to me it would be disappointing compared to a Glanza/GT and the 2ZZGE is a great engine and there are a few supercharger kits available too. Personally I wouldn't be able to have any Celica other than a gen 6 or maybe gen 5 GT-Four, the rest are somewhat "slow" and "pointless" for example why would you choose a Celica GT (non turbo) when you could have a non turbo MR2 which is quicker, mid engined, rear wheel drive... -
Glanzas are just as reliable as Civics if you know what you're doing. Too many idiots get hold of Glanzas/GTs these days and it's easy to make a turbo engine go bang if you fuck around with it i.e. fuel cut defender without uprating the fuelling for more boost. It's hard to give you a proper answer because you've only got a 1.5 Civic. Standard vs standard a B16 powered Civic and a Glanza with boost restriction removed should be fairly even I'd imagine.
-
A standard one should be able to handle that amount, you say it's not long been fitted so should be alright.
-
It's been done before, 4WD Starlet with the front driveshafts removed or something like that.
-
Yeah nobody uses P plates though.
-
I bet you're well excited now then mate, you gonna get insured on it and get out in it with your mom + some L plates?
-
3.5-4k still atleast another 1k revs to go

A hammer or a brick would work quite well.
-
Do it! White EP91s with white Speedlines look great.
-
Bollocks to that mate, get out there and give it some shit.

*Waits for the "Evo 3's suffer from crankwalk" bandwagon*
-
hahahaha cheapskate front mount intercooler!
-
Terrible wheels and stupid black bonnet ruin it for me, the engine looks pretty serious though, big turbo, custom inlet manifold...

And some people say we're out of the recession. My arse are we, it's barely started.

Not a fan of the big wheels myself but the rest of the car looks good. If it was lowered on some 14 - 15 or even 16 inch wheels I'd like it alot more.
