  2. yes, the splines of the inner cup are different. You would have to muc around withe the driveshafts.
  3. i prefer the genuine toyota kits, there a lot better quality

  5. Ive had places in the past write down commercial sample on the decleration. Only trouble is, if it goes missing in the post you wont be able to claim back the cost.
  6. I think you would need a lot of modifications, even the diameter of the bearings either side of the diffs are different between the two. Even the pcd of the diffs are diffrent so you couldnt even swap the ring gear from one diff to the other without modification. the c5x is 8x131mm, c6x is 8x140mm.
  7. Get a 6 speed c160 out of a levin bzr, if you want the 6 speed swap the bellhousing over. Or do what i did, take the lsd out of the c160 and fit it in the C5x.
  8. 129mm c5x vs 136mm c6x also the diameter of the crown wheel is different aswell
  9. i dont know all i know is the splines are different. 23 teeth on a c5x vs 20 c6x
  10. driveshaft splines are different on c63, in comparison to c52/c56.

  12. That k-seal does its job. Ive used it in the past, i had a charade gtti with a cracked head, and it sorted it for a while till i could get another head. It does make a mess of the cooling system leaves a horrible glittery, coppery residue. Its nearly impossible to flush it all out afterwards
  13. I love the caldinas, i was trolling the auctions for a couple of months trying to source a nice grade 4, manual car. I saw loads of autos in that time, and only a handfull of 5 speeds. I gave up in the end and bought a Subaru Legacy GTB.
  14. I used this combo of 5e with a td04 also had FHE cams, mine made 262whp at 1.4bar.
  15. Drive shaft splines are different aswell. If you really want a 6sp box with an lsd you would be better of getting a c160 from a levin 20v, You would still then need to swap the bellhousings over.
  16. ive only ever seen a blitz active clutch for a 5e, similar to the orc, believe they are discontinued. I bought a os giken clutch for mine and had the flywheel redrilled and balanced.
  17. u'll have to get a orc clutch kit for a 4e and get the flywheel redrilled
  18. not sure about actual part numbers, but one size is 070 the other is 040, as well as that there are 2 other options within both sizes for the size of cable.

  21. MULTILOCK 040 II /070 II hybrid Series contacts are what your looking for
  22. Nothing more than a victorian era marketing gimmick. It was conceived to get tourists to stop at the railway station.
  23. No, that is the name of the place. U'll never hear any of the locals say the full name. Most would call it Llanfair PG.
