just a little side note...when you get the intercooler kit,,,i'd suggest you run some water through it first to see if its all clean (no bits of metal, etc) before you install it

lionel, as said earlier, the amount of custom fabrication and work that went into neil's car, it may simply not be worth the cost/effort for you in your class,, and i'm sure getting the building details would be even more stressful as the group tries to protect its competitive advantage locally----that car falls into a fiercely competitive rally group where stage times are seperated by tenths/hundredths of a second usually between the top 3 cars your idea sounds reasonable as the stock rear brakes are a total waste, so any improvement should net you some returns

oh my...that one is even better looking.... is it stock radiator/ p.s/ a.c friendly?---i doubt by the looks of it.....man i wish i had the option to take those out like you guys, but the Caribbean is a HOT place so ac and cooling are essential

i have that exact manifold from wepr since 2007/2008 iirc....never had a single issue with it...this should serve you well my only hindsight "wonder" was that i didn't buy it in SS, but wasn't sure at that time, as many ep owners were having problems with different SS manifold producers/traders---so i didn't want to take any risks

that 0.48 - 0.52 a/r turbine housing range is usually decent on a lot of "streetable" set ups with moderate sized turbos...it really allows you to use the stock rev range and even somewhat over

strangely, many persons have said its preferable to have longer ratios with turbo cars, especially when mods are done in the past, many users searching for longer gearing, particularly when running in excess of 200bhp--seems this is also why the slightly longer 3rd/4th gear gt box is preferred over the ep91 box all that aside, i have driven in a 6 speed ep91 with ct9 and it felt very good , though admittedly, the 1st gear was pretty much useless lol, but did it sound nice going up through the gears

i did a manual conversion on my ep91 years ago using ep82 gt parts,,,most of the transmission parts are interchangeable...i hope someone can confirm, but i think some adjustment had to be done to the ep82 clutch pedal set up itself, as i recall i bought an ep91 specific clutch pedal set up later on sorry dude, this was a long time ago....over a decade, so memory of that time is now less clear
