A true hybrid is one which uses a number of turbo's in its construction to make one turbo, the one's for the starlets which are described as hybrids are actually just hi flow turbos. But anyway the one's available for our cars generally have a larger compressor wheel fitted and the compressor intake is bored out, this means that at the same boost levels the turbo will push out more air and hence make more power, some will also have a thicker/stronger shaft to cope with higher boost levels and cut back turbine wheels to aid the turbo spool up. For specific possible outputs from the various hybrids available have a look around and find out what one's people are using and what they're getting with them.
