People will recommend 1bar on stock internals but I have seen people go to 1.2 and I'm sure driver on here was running 1.4 all depends how much u want to push your engine I went for a bar as that's what I was advised by tuning developments and they mapped the car for me so i tend to stick with that they tell me

all depends on your mapp and mapper i would presume roughly around 240 bhp maybe more mate i made like 225 at 1 bar but everyones car is different

I run ngk iridium heat range 8 as advised from TD

Try taking mid-section out see if u like it I have a power flow system 2.5inch from turbo back with a 3inch back box n sounds beauts and still passed test at donny for track

I've heard a lot about Owen developments and it's always been good they seem to be awsome when it comes to turbos

Mikey boy 3 of my close mates are big for boys I'm sure I posted pics up of his red escort once they dont run external waste or dv they don't feel the need to there are very few that run external watergate and the ones that do have it more for the screamer I've seen 250 rite up to 500bhp running neither of those set ups just flutter/chatter oddkid creations is a big ford tuner check some of his work out , but there are people just running dv's for the noise as depending on the person and what they would prefer to hear
