Yeah, she shouldnt be scrubbing on 15' wheels lowered 40mm, unless of course the springs have sagged a fair bit, but even then I would have thought it wouldnt be too bad unless your tyres are a bigger/wider size, and as Morgey says, the rear is maybe in need of an adjustable panhard. Phil.

Nope. Last time I ventured away from Uniroyals it turned out to be an expensive mistake (Continentals). Lesson learnt - stick to what I know works. I dont ever plan to let her see rain again, but should I get caught out, Rainsports perform superbly in both wet and dry, and most of the NorthStars are of the same opinion. I have 195 45 14 Continentals on the Volks (same as Bluebear's) at present and they are absolute dung and 195 is too wide, just bulges out too much. Having seen Bluebear's pics with 185 55 14, I will soon be ordering some Uniroyal Rainexpert 3s, should look and perform far better. I'll also be running Meisters so can get a decent arch gap. Phil.

Update Brackets for DIN boxes have been sourced and just need collected from Hookie (NorthStars FTW!) Should be pulling the trigger on some Rainsport 3s for the Rays soon too all being well, which is FAR sooner than I ever anticipated but will be one of the more sizable expenses off the to-do list.
