  1. Pic for 8K9 needs replaced; that's an aftermarket spray job shown, not 8K9. Phil.
  2. All dem Starlets y0: http://www.speedhunters.com/2016/12/living-indonesian-car-life-speed-matsuri/ Phil.
  3. They're in some of the brochures Toyota issued for the car. Jay in NI has a stack of them. Phil.
  4. Yeah, she shouldnt be scrubbing on 15' wheels lowered 40mm, unless of course the springs have sagged a fair bit, but even then I would have thought it wouldnt be too bad unless your tyres are a bigger/wider size, and as Morgey says, the rear is maybe in need of an adjustable panhard. Phil.
  5. Nope. Last time I ventured away from Uniroyals it turned out to be an expensive mistake (Continentals). Lesson learnt - stick to what I know works. I dont ever plan to let her see rain again, but should I get caught out, Rainsports perform superbly in both wet and dry, and most of the NorthStars are of the same opinion. If it aint broke, dont fix it. Uniroyals. Phil.
  6. I have 195 45 14 Continentals on the Volks (same as Bluebear's) at present and they are absolute dung and 195 is too wide, just bulges out too much. Having seen Bluebear's pics with 185 55 14, I will soon be ordering some Uniroyal Rainexpert 3s, should look and perform far better. I'll also be running Meisters so can get a decent arch gap. Phil.
  7. Update Brackets for DIN boxes have been sourced and just need collected from Hookie (NorthStars FTW!) Should be pulling the trigger on some Rainsport 3s for the Rays soon too all being well, which is FAR sooner than I ever anticipated but will be one of the more sizable expenses off the to-do list. Phil.
  8. Nice to see her back together bud! I could do with you lads coming to help me with mine for a few days lol! Looking forward to stage 2!!! Phil.
  9. 163bhp was my last figure, however we subsequently found the decat hanging off, and broken sparks and leads. Now all that's fixed, exhaust redone, and ECU installed, I would like to get a fresh figure, then get a better (read: functioning) boost controller and go again. Phil.
  10. Yeah she aint dead yet buddy. Trying to move house (somewhat unsuccessfully) so once that sorted and she's into her new abode, I can crack on with installing all these recent parts! Phil.
  11. An EP meeting in Japan - this is something we've been curious about here for years! Thanks for sharing the pics! Great to see they still have a following in Japan! Phil.
  12. No. I have 6 Apexi EL1 series gauges on my dash and I'm not using a control unit. Phil.
  13. Current traders will remain in their slots until their fees run out. If they continue to remain inactive and don't renew their fees in April, then they'll be removed. Phil.
  14. I may have suggested recently that we would be bringing a third new trader to UKSO - and today is the day that we can confirm you have read the title of this thread correctly.... We are extremely pleased to announce that Tegiwa are joining the ranks of traders on UKSO! Matt and Trisk are in the process of setting up their traders section which should be live fairly soon, and I will defer to James at Tegiwa to introduce himself, the Tegiwa business and their plans for our little EPs. Special nod to Mr Bower for the hard work in the background on this one! Welcome aboard James an
  15. Update Little something else to be fettling with courtesy of JDM EP. Phil.
  16. You read that correctly, all being well we will have a third new trader to announce in the not-so-distant future. Final details are still being worked out, with Rob and Trisk doing much of the heavy lifting and me being a lazy shit just putting up an announcement. Details to follow as soon its all confirmed - I imagine everyone should be pretty interested in this one! Phil.
  17. Update She might still be tucked away in a shed that's nowhere near my house and thanks to some time wasting assholes fucking me over on our house move, she is now destined to be stuck there for longer than I anticipated, however some progress still continues in the background. Dash mat has arrived from Australia - just needs some large strips of velcro and straightened out a bit, and then an afternoon with a stanley blade awaits for fitting: And I've been hankering to treat her to something else recently, and with some birthday monies to be spent, a quick message to Jayz Garage
  18. what a great read!!! Thoroughly enjoyed that! Keep up the great work bud, had spotted a few pics on instagram but enjoyed reading through the process here! Phil.
  19. Watching Phil's progress and adventures the past year it looks like a serious way to have some fun in an EP! All the very best Mike! Looking forward to seeing some updates! Phil.
  20. New graphics look absolute class Phil! Nice retro Toyota fell to them!! Congrats on securing some sponsorship! Phil.
  21. Cheers bud. Still waiting on the dash mat, but then Australia is a bit of a jaunt to be fair. Itching to get back to tinkering at this, but the house move is up in the air so for now we're at a frustrating stand still. Ah well, winter's coming anyway. Phil.
  22. "Welcome" seems odd seeing as you lads have been around for so long....but....welcome anyway! lol! Genuinely buzzing to see what you get up to with this venture over the coming months. And a shame you dont live here, I'd have the daily in for some TLC in a heart beat! All the best gents! Phil.
  23. First new trader's section is now live! I trust everyone will join me in welcoming Fiske Automotive to the site! The lads are far from strangers to the club or to the world of EPs! Looking forward to seeing what you bring to the scene chaps! Phil.
  24. https://www.donedeal.co.uk/carparts-for-sale/glanza-amp-gt-rare-parts/13616300 That's the only one i know of for sale. Going rate for these seems to have quadrupled since I bought mine. Phil.
