AFAIK, there is no such thing as camber bolts for the rear. The only way to get camber at the back is with some clever cutting/welding/shipping

15x8 et25 195/45 will be fine You can also get away with a 205/40 on the front. But there is some rubbing on fast corners if your low

They do fit you just have to drill a hole here is 98 spec fogs in a 96 spec bumper

You'd have to be pretty accurate to do it with one beam If you have a beam to sacrifice it's a simple process. Just long winded
