  1. It will work but wether it fits is a different matter. Just need to strip it out and try it really to be sure.
  2. Well got the alternator back on the car after work today. Turned out the cj pulley was to blame. So machined that so it won't happen again. And this box turned up at work for me today

  4. They do lack bottom end power. But that's how it is with little engines. Best thing to do is lighten the fuck out of it get it and ballence. Ported head with cams high comp it and rev the tits out of it on itb. Make it into a big bike engine. Nothing's better than revving a gszr 1000 to 12k cars are slow! Haha

  6. I've put an fte inlet on mine and power comes in at about 4.5k and just wants to rev right out. definly neds a higher rev limiter! need to get a stand alone on and have a play
  7. Well was running the car up today. Was all going sweet. Up to operating temp. Have it a good rev up then it cut out. Engine was turning over proper slow was having cam sync errors coming up on the lap top. So I stripped it out to this Found nothing. Was expecting to find the cruise cams snapped or some thing lol Turns out the fucking alternator seised up haha got it back together a bit quick with the aux belt off and still starter great. Panic over!! Will have to wrestle the fubared one out tomorrow and replace with one of my spares. Got loads of bits done over the weekend. Got my battery kill cable mounted and in Just need to buy the plumbed in fire extinguisher kit so I have the other pull cable. Just thought I should have posted a pic of my welded in baffles I made for my rocker cover. Can wait till its next off as with my set up. Removing the rocker cover requires removing my timing belt cam pulley
  8. Welcome along. Also good listen to the manifold for blows. They can crack and on the head where the exhaust manifold bolts on the end can crack. Look if the rear discs have gone red on the edge. Sign of binding callipers if red

  10. Not heard of this before. Some one might have put the wrong pump on in the past and changed the housing that bolts to the block for a different one. That all I can think of

  12. Can just get them to put an 14mm banjo fitting on the other end and use the banjo bolt you have. I think it's 14mm an hows
  13. That's oil feed for turbo. Looks like an-3 or poss 4. Need to measure the diameter if the treads to be sure. You got a bb turbo then
  14. Getting road mapped by me on the way to work for mot. And ill get it down the dyno to set the tourque curve up and top end fueling. Got a dyno 10mins from my house now
  15. Things are looking good for jf2. Hope to have it in for mot in the next couple of weeks. The welded in cage will be fine for road use. Going to be funny climbing out the thing in a parking space haha
  16. Can you put the bolts in first with it loose and the do then up? What's the spec of the turbo your using?
  17. if only i could read the spec. always wanted to know what crazy extras it had. sure it had electronic damping force control
