turbo Grant replied to DanTheGlanzaMan's topic in Southern Central Region
Havnt looked at the link. Presume it's car fest? I might be doing some work there for a free ticket -
I might wash the paseo. Will be its second wash this year if I do haha
-
Yep, won't be at fest. Things have taken longer than planned and I havnt done much on it in the last few weeks. Should be bleeding the brakes up and get some wheels on it tonight. It will be done soon. But I've still got a few bits on my wish list to get. No.1 being a 4 jet pumbed in fire extinguisher kit just in case haha

They didn't say any thing about up rated bearing when I had mine. They did say do I want the updated metal bearing cage and heat shield as stock are plastic. They said my turbo had been working fine without it so I didn't bother with the extra 150 plus vat. Wanted to keep it just over the 1k mark lol

You could try running a chaser down the tread. And you could try putting the nut on and drilling throw the when its on and put a roll pin in for good measure -
They do look like the ones. They are light tho

Haha bet you just stuck a leaver bar in the gap and yanked it out -
These ones haha

I wouldn't say the rear beams a joke. The trailing arms you braced up only move up and down. The panhard rod stops the side to side movement. Be good to see what's its like on the road
-
Looking good dude! Will look neat once it's all painted. Think the rear beam bracings a bit o t t tho

Still having issues with revving the car.
turbo Grant replied to rob_bower's topic in Ignition & Fueling
When I had my old black GT and had half my stand alone installed. I changed back to stock ecu. Tryed to drive it up the road and it made it rev up down up down. Had the tps unplugged still. Mick be worth checking the tps with a volt meter. See if its still switching ok -
