Cometic? Why are you after a 2mm gasket may I ask? Athena do 1.9mm I believe.

You would be doing very well to make anymore power at 1.6 bar Vs 1.4 bar mate.

99% of the so called "professionals" don't even know what their on about when it comes to cylinder heads and cam selection, that includes some of the starlet tuning "guru's". This is why cylinder head work is such a black art, it takes many iterations of cylinder head port design and component selection to get the right one, and even then it isn't gonig to be right for everyone. If you want to speak to people about cylinder heads, speak to those that design and manufacture cams, Ivan Tighe, Kelford to name a few, they will recommend a cam and the required valvetrain needed as well as thing
-
Go ahead, they'll be a custom set. There's more to cams that just the duration and lift. What about the LCA, ramp rate, then getting a spring and retainer to suit, the list goes on and on. Either forget about it, or pay someone with a lot of knowledge and experience as well as a lot of money to get you a worked cylinder head.
-
Stick to stock cams, the reason why these cylinder heads seem to be a black art is because they work well from standard trim. What are you going to use the car for? If you got money to waste then go and stick a set of cams in, but I can assure you that'll you get sick of having no low-mid range power at all, and that won't be helped by such low compression and a large frame turbo Ganing 10-15whp up top Vs driveability and response is what it comes down to.

Foam filters aren't restrictive, complete opposite infact, they do flow rather well, but they don't do as the name suggests, filter. Can't really have the best of both worlds in any situation and it still stands for a air filter, one can't flow and filter at the same time. Foam is a porous material and therefore doesn't filter, if you value your engine at scrap value then go ahead K&N filters are the best on the market I've seen, they still flow rather well when their caked up with shit and haven't been serviced after 30k miles.

What's the rest of the spec? Turbo, ecu, engine components, compression etc etc. Best answer is leave the OEM ones, their fine as they are for a turbo motor, could go with some slightly more lift but other than that leave as is. Turbo engines don't like wild cams, especially small engines with no compression to get them working.

Doesn't need an adjustable FPR, the injector duty is adjusted through the emanage. FPR are a good tool to have to maximise the injectors you have but aren't a necessity.

Cotton gauze filters. Why not K&N? Their the best filters your hard earned can buy.
-
Copy or real, foam filters are shit. Buy whichever one

Wheel bearing?

Are you on about a specific kit or just calipers? Check out RallyDesign, their a Wilwood dealer and can do discs, bells and anything else you might need.

2.5" would do it, but would be better off with 2.75". If there's a specific JDM system you're after then go for it.
-
Still the Evo lol. As long as you can afford the maintenance and running costs then why not
-
Might be worth just disconnecting everything and leaving the wishbone to pivot on the two chassis points and seeing if it makes any noise. I know that some people complain about the SuperPro supplied grease in that it doesn't last as long or it's not as good as other competitor greases. What it sounds like you're describing comes across as more of a rubber/joint issue rather than a coilover issue, but I would check the top mounts as well.

Evo, better car to live with day to day.
-
What polybushes you using mate? How long they been on the car? I know some brands tend to squeel after a while, they just need re-greasing.
-
It's simple enough, just don't go overboard with it. Advancing 2 degrees shouldn't be a problem.
-
They will do on a turbo motor that still uses a dizzy setup, they help maintain a strong spark, good for those running boost pressure where it might blow the spark out. No issue on a N/A unless it's high compression, even then you'd be wanting to run individual coils
-
As Morgey said really. If you stay with semi synth, then Castrol, Mobil are good choices.
-
Won't make any difference, just stick to regular service intervals and spend money elsewhere
-
Probably. Would I use it or recommend it? Nope.

Pay Zircotec ££££££ and get it ceramic coated

I'm certain all the fan switches across all 4E* and 5E* engines are the same, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
