  1. ive seen 2 cranks marked from the crank seal cause the seal hardens up over time.. couldnt believe the difference between a new and old one.. and yes, excessive crank case pressure can force oil past the seals..
  2. id be getting my money back fairly fast from who ever is responsible!

  5. sounds like a dodgy unit so mate but id still try and wire the red and black wire to assigned ports in the ECU first just to make sure... i heard of cases before of bee r's not working properly running lives from other ignition sources.... another silly thing too.. pull off the knobs to make sure the outer knobs are the same setting as the inner ones
  6. did you cut the grey wire at the side of the unit?
  7. just problem solving mate.. not saying you have done it wrong or anything but took me a few attempts to realise it was actually working, lol.. the EML always comes on with the bee r as the ECU detects a missfire when operating.. you have rev1 set and the gain ya? if so what setting do ya have rev1 at?
  8. try another ignition source.. i wired one in the way showen below http://i141.photobuc...hotos/bee_r.jpg also.. have you the grey wire connected to handbrake?
  9. it it working at all or not working right?
  10. do a diagnostic test to see why the EML is coming on
  11. oh my good god.. there a hole in the curb!!!!

  16. the bulb is inserted underneath the lamp.. one bolt secures the top of lamp to frame then it pops into bracket at the bottom.. should just pop out.. if your having troubles, just drop the bumper that side and the bulb/holder is easy to get to
  17. have you actually seen the wastegate itself? the wastegate penny could of fallen off, other wise check was was mentioned above
  18. nope, very little will be lost by taken off those hoses, just keep them elevated when flushing the matrix.. top up after
  19. as rob said... a new gasket wont leak straight away but after a few runs it "will" from those areas he mentioned.. better of doing it right the first time
  20. its not all bad only for the bumper letting it down.. black rear lip/spoiler/skirts/front lip and another unmolested bumper and it wouldnt be the worst
  21. thats out of the way so.. could be a few leaks, have you check the oil feed/return line from the turbo?
