CT9 on 4EFE Emanage Blue vs Dastek???
richardc9052 replied to Zemerz's topic in N/A E-Series Engine Discussions
Make sure to give him the fuel implant client software and manual, not the standard client. You dont want it fitted to use standard client as that is just adjusting your map sensor for fuel. Fuel implant client is standalone fuelling. Thats where its at ;) -
Exactly.
-
All he will be saving is the price of a set of cops. When you can get them cheap from a breaker vvti corollas/avensis etc (newer model).
-
If your getting the ecumaster emu then you might as well go coil on plug. Future proofed then. Make sure to go sequential injection too.

Is getting my turbo made into a hybrid worth it?
richardc9052 replied to dan106's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Well they put a td04 core and turbine wheel into a ct12 turbine housing so if you can get the measurements and compare to ct9 and tf035 we can find out! -

It seems that way. The main benefit in the td12 was ct exhaust housing meaning it bolted up to standard kit. -

Good thing about the det3 is fuelling is standalone, timing is piggybacked. -
In fairness ive seen a member running 76mm. Cc depends on a lot of things but assuming its completely factory spec but 75.5 your looking close to 1400cc
-
Yeah they are the same

Quote" ok now most esssential specs are the same as before meaning tdo4h core and shaft/turbine wheel along with a ct12 turbine case. the differences in this revised model is a bigger compressor housing replacing the small ct12 snail is one from a tfo35 forrister turbo. this should aid with increasing overall power but not intefeer too much with the response of the turbo.." -

Its like I said before a Frankenstein turbo made using a td04 and a ct12 lol now do you understand why I was calling it mythical haha -
There are no knock offs of the det3. They are already too cheap to bother. The seller in the link I gave is the main selling platform for them its as direct to ecumaster you can get.
