Lol i'm not going to buy another just now i don't, got that other GT to go on with. I'm spraying it the same colour as this EP80 (and my EP80) got to love flat colours for cheapness! Yours is a lovely colour don't hate on the metallic pale blue! haha

Yeah it truly was a scrapyard saviour. Been a massive project tbh, Still need a few daft things like little bits of trim that got lost over the years etc. I'm dreading getting it out in daylight because i think it will look shocking haha needs the rear quarters re-doing as theyre quite wavy (i ended up having to wire wheel it because the paint reacted very badly and i should've built the primer up and gone over it with a block then re-primered until it was smooth, i know this now so in the future i'll have a go with it) Would like a 98 spec bumper and lip for the front in time but

Sky did me over on my renewal a couple of years ago. Greenlight literally halved the price of the renewal from Sky. Been with Greenlight ever since, would definitely recommend them.

Thanks for the kind words guys! The paint job will never be as good as i want it to be because I still arent 100% on what to do at what stage lol, like i say trial and error. Well I think it’s about time I write a build thread for my little Glanza project! So here goes… I happened to see an OEM LSD box for sale on a breaking thread here in 2012 on a Sunday morning. It came with shafts and mount for a very reasonable price in Doncaster which is only about an hour drive for me. Awesome you've probably had a good laugh at my Glanza build then. bodge it, and if that doesn't work, bodge it some more! (body/paint wise anyways haha). I should just pay someone to spray it properly lol but you don't learn that way i suppose Can't wait to see it, love starlets in a non-standard colour! There are a few items available for the 2E-E like TRD cam, TRD ecu and such. as to the difference they make i can't comment. Was tempted to buy some parts for my 2EE EP80 but decided to leave it standard and give it to the other half lol

Yes keep it! I have GT bumpers and spoilers etc available if you ever decide to GT rep it and Matt doesn't have any available! (I'd personally respray the standard bumpers get it looking minty and slam it with some wide wheels haha)

Really enjoyed reading through this some awesome work been done here! Are you a a painter by trade? Love the idea of smoothing everything in will look so fresh when done. Any idea what colour you're going to spray it? (Sorry if you mentioned somewhere lol)

You'll lose a fair bit of back pressure if you fit a GT turbo exhaust to an NA. it will be slower and a lot worse on fuel. Just something to bear in mind but if it's something you want to do then go for it.

You mean a GT Turbo exhaust?

If you just disconnect the king lead and then turn it over you'll flood the engine as the injectors will still inject fuel...

A lad from the netherlands or somewhere was selling all the 2ee upgrades recently but a lot of them sold i think, was either on here of tgtt. if i find the thread i'll link you to it. had the trd cam and ecu etc as i was considering it for my ep80

Agreed, for the extra value they add as a whole to the car you'd be far better off selling them seperate.
