hey guys and girls. its been a long time since ive even posted on this thread. suppose i had better update you all on how the shedlet is doing. well the rear anti roll bar is now fitted that i bought from adam (thanks babe ) ive lowered my skyriding seats and also ive replaced the rear shock absorbers. also ive fitted purple braided lines to the front and black to the rear. i believe the fronts are do-luck and the rears are toy tuning? either way the pedal is now alot stiffer and i do believe i will need a master cylinder stopper in the near future. i also had a leaky rocker cover ga

I would love this set up for my gt but really don't have the pennies at the moment. -
Yea its snowing here too. Not loads but its also freezing on the ground.

What's with the whistling? It does sound a lil tappy, kinda hard to tell just by the video. Have you had the plugs out yet? Are any of them wet with fuel/oil?
-
May do if you send them a email. When I made mine up I just got a uk ep91 ecu and stripped the plug from it.

Hey guys and girls. I've just had a email forwarded on to me from a friend as I was enquiring about some electrical terminals for my ecu patch harness. He has come up trumps with this one. http://www.tweakdperformance.com/onlinestore/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2&sort=20a&page=1 These lads are in the states and have every single wiring connector on a toyota. Pricing isn't too bad either. Good for if you have a dodgy connection or just fancy making up your own loom ;) Happy days!

Spotted you dude! Sweet looking ep82 you have there. You were heading towards Beverley at around 5.45 tonight. I was driving the opposite way.

The fuel pumps do not prime on the second ignition. They only start to pump fuel once the starter motor is engaged. This is the same for gt and glanza models. Chances are your fuel pressure reg is not seating properly inside allowing the pressure to flow back to the tank in the return line.

Good job you have such a keen ear for the bottom end. That picture of our cars in "hospital" Can't wait to see what the rear anti roll bar is like on your car -
I do belive you have bought adams gt. Needs a bottom end rebuild? ;) plus did he give you the 5e when you bought the car? Welcome to the club buddy. Nice to get some more people on the scene from around hull.

Agreed its the fitting and setting up that's the pain. I had a nitrous kit by wizards of nos that I was originally going to fit to the almera but it never happened. Had a minimax progressive nitrous controller too. That was a expensive piece of kit on its own.

Worked fine on charls car in the second hole on the j performance down pipe. And flames? If I recall if the engine is running rich there should be no oxygen to burn? Any car with flames either has a ignition problem or a leaky/blowing exhaust.

I've UN seized calipers before. They can be a pain to do, but makes a difference when they are done. You will need a seal kit. These are availiable from toyota, or one of the traders on here. Chances are that the auto adjuster inside the caliper may have failed. These can be tricky to put back together but not impossible. If your not confident or do not have a wide selection of tools I would not advise you to take on the task. Also check that your handbrake cables are free. They do seize up very easily.

I'm using the mobile site and getting the same but a white box with a red cross in it. :/

Guilty of that myself. The waterlines and vac/idle control lines are mixed up on the throttle body.

I don't believe him. He doesn't have racing stripes or a shopping list down his door.

Bypass hks actuator with a intercooler ??!!!!
Flaminsam replied to Collins611's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Aftermarket exhaust and air filter? Chances are your wastegate needs porting. The standard ct9 wastegate is tiny and designed to work with the back pressure from the standard Cat and exhaust. Get it ported and your boost shouldn't spike any more. -
Just been and pick these up!!!!!!!!!!! now FITTED!!!!
