That does sound good. What LSD you thinking for the back? And you uprating the halfshafts too? Ive been looking into solutions for the rear but just waiting on word back from a few places.

Aw man i cant believe that happened! I think the transfer box will fit to an OEM LSD gearbox casing, but not sure if there is enough room for the 4paw front diff to fit in the casing, its a good bit bigger. Let me know how you get on with no VC, ive been thinking of getting rid of it too.

Take them out amd just use a 10mm nut and bolt.

Ive done a couple now using all FTE stuff on a FE engine. Its cheap and easy, the parts are not hard to come by either. As ive said in a lot of these threads theres more than one way to do it, neither are right or wrong its just personal preference. Also a mod really needs to sticky the threads that cover this topic, all the info is in this section, just a page or two down.

Cheers dude! Been scoping out rear LSDs, rear axle swaps, ae86 5 adjustable link kits, rear disc brake conversions and other brace / chassis mods Hopefully get something pretty cool sorted in the next while.

Whip the front bumper off it'll be easy to see if a chassis leg is bent. Also worth having a look underneath to see any visable damage to a lower arm or something.

You can reshell to a N/a shell but when you go to sell it in the future it might not be worth as much with it not being an actual Glanza.

Yeah insurance is a bastard haha, i was seriously struggling to get insurance for the 85 for a decent price. Am gonna keep an eye out for a N/a in a month or two then take the 85 off the road before the gritters are out!

Its been off the road the majority of that time haha. I'll be on the look out for a ep91 daily soon i think, i have a Glanza shell here but lost my NCB so no point building a car i cant insure :/
