How did you 'make' youre lightweight flywheel?

If you look in the engine tech section far back enough you will find the info, i know this because ive answered this question and similar probably 10 times now haha. But no matter Dash loom is a choice, if you want to use GT clocks then you need the dash loom, if you dont just leave the ep80 dash and loom in. Changing the dash is a piss easy job on a starlet anyway. You might get away with only changing the engine ancillary loom, depending on what the ep80 fusebox looks like and whether the GT ancillary loom would plug into it.

And fire a GT dash & loom in if you want GT dials, that plugs right into the existing interior loom.

Never had any issues with the exedy 3puk, never let me down even with loads of hard 6k rpm launches in the ep85 at crail.

If this is to convert the ep85 then you only need an engine ancillary loom of the same year as the ep85, it plugs straight into the existing engine bay fusebox.

Altezza has a far better engine than the is200, the beams 3sge in it is just about perfect. If your wanting a lexus in budget then the gs300 is what to go for, bit heavy on petrol though lol. Celica is a good shout too, i had one of the 190bhp ones for a bit, was a pretty good car, doesnt look that great. The sound they make is outstanding though! WRX is a great all round car, had a couple myself. As Morgey said there are a lot of dogs out there so youd need to be carful buying one.

Seen standard SR starlets up at 2k but they probably dont sell at that.

1.5k kinda area. Bit hard to gauge as we hardly see that many well modded N/a starlets up for sale

Youd be better off with a turbo 5speed, C52 and C56 are the gearbox codes. The GT turbo brakes arent that great, especially the rear, id just leave drums on the back, and get uprated front brakes. You dont actually need to go changing all the looms, i swapped in a GT dash with loom because i wanted the dials. The only loom thats really needed is the engine ancillary loom, this plugs into the ecu, goes through the bulkhead, plugs into the starter, alternator, injectors, map sensor, tps etc. and plugs into the existing ep8* fusebox in the engine bay.

Few different ways to do this. When i did it i fitted these parts, most from a GT. ECU Engine ancillary loom with sensors, MAP etc Injectors PAS pump Coil / Ignitor Distrubitor and uprated leads Oil filter housing Sump modded, or used a turbo sump & pickup 3 puk clutch kit FMIC Zisco turbo kit Cant think of anything else but it was very straight forward

Get a 5efhe engine. Head skim and 0.5mm HG Port and polish ITBs Custom exhaust and manifold Fpr, 255 pump and higher flow injectors Lightweight engine pullys Lightweight flywheel Then most important get a decent ecu and a decent mapper. You probably wouldnt be too far off that target.

5e engine, flywheel and clutch would work but they are only 200mm, where the 4efte clutch is 212mm.
