    5e engine, flywheel and clutch would work but they are only 200mm, where the 4efte clutch is 212mm.

    Yeah haha, load of work went into that car. Most genuis idea was the no intercooler approach.. Then the exhaust through rear bumper approach..

    I didnt tap the Gen1 FE i was using for a while, just used a the correct paper gasket and torqued it to fuckin tight!

    You can turbo the standard engine, the engine in this is a Gen1 4EFE which is very similar to a 4EFTE you get in a GT.

    Its 100ps which is like 99bhp. But when these are turbo'd they are monsters!

    People dont know what they are missing!! Thats the reason its not shifted. A 4paw is soooooo much better than a normal GT or V. The handling, the grip, the weight distribution and overall balance just feels a lot better. And not to mention the way you can launch them, side stepping the clutch at 6k off the line.. starlet life doesnt get much better than that imo

    A lot of issues people have are down to other peoples shady mechanical skills, or some knobhead has owned it before and not looked after it. They can be very relaible cars. Or they can sit in the back garden for months at a time without an engine
