I wouldn't have thought it'd affect the height whether they were the correct way up or not, but I suspect the drive wouldn't be great. I think they're progressively wound so that the harder you corner, the firmer they get. If they were upside down then I guess they might ride a bit crashy? Don't quote me on it though, just spitballing

I have a feeling that the tighter wound end should be at the bottom mate, although I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong? If they're brand new, they'll also settle a bit lower after the first week or two

Problem isn't just with the insurers though; you're involved in an accident, car isn't as described, insurance is invalid, Police can press charges for driving without insurance, 6 points and a hefty fine plus you're personally liable for all costs. Probably just cheaper to declare everything than take the chance haha

I think there's no chance of America starting anything, the last thing they want is another groundwar. Besides, NK army is huge but hopelessly outdated in terms of weaponry, any move they make would likely be a missle launch or artillery strike. I've got a couple of Paseos laid up, one non-runner with about 120k on it and one that ran great until it was rear-ended, with about 75k on it. I haven't got around to trying to get the engines/gearboxes out yet but they will be available at some point in the future, depends on how much of a hurry you're in lol

They are the correct PCD - the offset (et) will be stamped into the back of the wheel, although Google says they are between 35-42, which should go on out without any issues. Apparently their centre bore is 60.1 and I think the Starlet is 54.1, so you'll need some spigot rings, but these are very cheap on eBay.
