Ok firstly relax. The rear axle sits alittle to the drivers side naturely. This means when u lower it it scraps the drivers rear arch. Plus when u look at it or measure it the drivers side wheel is always closer to the arch. The adjustable panhard rod fixes this by letting u put the axle more to the passenger side. In the mean time u can just tighten the spring abit on the drivers side or ban fat chicks

If your discs look good then just change or lightly sandpaper your pads. New discs n pads would need bedded in before mot.

Ebay is your friend. Kyb excel-g are a oem replacement gas shock. There 50 each on the front and 50ish the rear pair. Although they do a gas-adjust rear aswell for £66 delivered off ebay. They will be one step up over oem. I would buy the rears and only replace the fronts when.they bust. You can all 4 but you could get coilovers for that money

Check your sparkplugs, return to standard throttlebody, injectors, fuel regulator and retest. Keep her standard for first few hundred miles cause you cant be revvin her like that. Check timing, check compression check o2 sensor.is connected, check for airleaks at the manifold, check all vaccum pipes are connected and unkinked.

Three words to live by, Fuel, Spark Compression

Sorry chris you should mention first.that its a newly.built engine and you have a glanza tps switch where the tps sensor should be. As we said in your other post cross the te1 and e1 pins on the diagnostics plug and tell us the code. Are you still running 5bar.fuel pressure

Get everything back to standard chris and it will make fault finding alot easier. I suggest using gasket seal on the inlet manifold and throttlebody even if you are using new gaskets. Im blaming that throttle position switch too but could be anything really on a newly built up engine. That how to should be taken down in my opinion. Lastly what happens when she warms up, remember when the coolant reads cold the ecu advances the timing and ups fuel until its warm. Back to basics lad

4efe and 5efe use the same injectors. It only is lean between 2000_3000 rpm for fuel economy, the rest of the time its actually.quite rich

You shouldnt be revving above 3000rpm before you jave done at least 1000miles. Feel free to switch to 4efe management for now. Use as many toyota bits as you can at the minute. Put some evenky spaced white dots on the pas belt to see if its stalling. Provided its fitted right and tightened to spec.. Standard regulator and standard injectors for 1000miles I say. The ep85 had a higher rev limit the ep95 didnt really and the latest coilpack 4efe in all regions had 6800 compared to our 6500. Id be interested in the ecu as its the only one I dont have lol
