Interested to see how you get on with the adjustable beam..

You should take pictures of what the car looks like underneath now it's been used :p

Looking at the TSS calendar, I might see you at Croft in August if you're competing!

Collected it last week end and it was time to order some new tyres for the ring trip on the 30th. Desided to go for the Dunlop DZ03G semi slicks from every one recommending them to me. They arrived on wednesday morning took them down on my lunch break to a mate who fitted them to the wedsports

On friday evening i fitted the wedsports on to the car and started doing final checks and pack things ready. Then put her back under the cover till the trip.

Would highly recommend mikey to deal with hes good guy and has time for people and is very straight with you.

30th April 2015

Headed off at 3am on our trip to nurburgring met some friends to travel down to dover to meet the others and get the ferry weather started off really nice until we hit Belgium and the heavens opened and stayed that way all the way to the hotel. Was a great 5 days exploring other roads around the ring which you could have so much fun on, managed to get out for 6 passanger laps and managed to get 1 lap in mine unfortantly due to the track being shut for 2 days and weather was not the best. Come back with 3 laps left on my card which i cant wait to use when i get back out there.

Heres a couple of pics of the car, the trip and a couple pro pics of it on the ring

After coming back from the ring and carried out bolt check i desided to book my self a open pit lane at brands hatch on the 5/8/15 so something to look forward to.

Got my pal to give the car a good clean.

Then took it home and put it away in the garage. When i was at the ring i felt like my car was not handling great like it did before so after speaking to a few people i got recommend to speak to Mark at Mark Fish Motorsport and arranged for a full alinement, corner weight and checking over the car fully. Which was booked for early july so dropped the car off and left it with him for the week. A week later collected the car and wow what a differance to the car he made just from driving the car home the final test would be at brands. I would highly recommend this guy for any chassie advise and set ups with is racing back ground knowledge on setting up race cars.

I then desided to change my battery to a odyssey race battery and get a trickle charger so i can leave it on charge when not use

I required to get a battery clamp made due to the other battery was alot bigger so sketched up something and sent it over to Dean @ rwdevelopments and this what he came back with amd arrived on my door step 3days later :)

5/8/2015

Brands hatch track day came round and what an awesome day the car performed great with no issues. The dunlop tyres are out of this world for grip and so much more to give as for the handling now its 110% perfect and car does what i want it to do and handles a dream. After 100+ laps i desided to call it a day as was knacked.

Heres the pictures for the day.

After brands desided to upgrade the breather system from an-8 to an-10 so purchased another cusco catch can and after receiving this i sent the cam cover and can off to Dean at RW-Developments to get fittings welded on, baffled, cleaned and painted.

They returned back after a couple of weeks and another great job done.

BA63DD24-576C-4A3B-8D1F-F1F220847E10_zps

While it was getting done i purchased all new gaskets, AN fittings and line ready for when it was back.

I then went about fitting the cam cover and making lines up ready to go

Next lot i didnt get pictures off but i replaced the Oring on the dipstick aloo while inwas doing this i had an issue with it keep coming loose this was due to the alternator is not lineing up with top bracket and pulling it when being done up causeing the dipstick tube to vibrate loose and blow out the block. I ended up putting a lnger bolt through the mount and use a nylon lock nut to secure it and also make a 10mm spacer to sit between the altertor and bracket so it does not pull on it anymore. Went out and road tested and all seems good even the breather system on tick over seems 100 times better so better breathering. The real test will be on the 20th October for a open pit lane day at Brands Hatch to do more testing and have some fun.

Cars all set to go with the rays, wet tyres fitted and wedsports with the semi slicks in the car ready for a swop over.

If any one wants to pop down and have a watch your more than welcome and happy to take people out for laps.
