morgey Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Im always paranoid haha, they quoted £375 for pulling the rear quarter out straightening, filling and spraying incl rear bumper which my bro/his mate will be paying for haha. But to fill bump strips on my front bumper then spray it i got quoted £250 :/ go figure lolIm not sure if that includes checking out some posible rust up by my filler neck or not though. Pikey009 Posted May 13, 2016 Author Share Posted May 13, 2016 Well the car is back from paint. Was pretty nervous on the way over to see it but I didn't need to be as he's done an amazing job. You really can't tell it's had paint. It pretty much now looks like it's just rolled off the production line with only the wheels now letting it down. Time to start saving for a refurb! When i first saw a TTE splitter I wasn't keen but they've grown on me and now seeing it on the car in person, I love it. The wing mirrors are also a nice touch- coded to the body colour but we left the plastics to keep things looking original. The work cost me £380 all in for front and rear bumpers, drivers sill scuff, wing mirrors and the splitter painted and fitted perfectly. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
