Keep it 040 White! There doesn't seem to be that many white Mk1s about, and you'll be keeping it how it was out of the factory. -
I believe a set of 14" Volk 5/4s are about 4.5 kgs each, will check with mine whenever I get round to dragging them out into daylight.
