Cannot thank Liam_D enough. Superb service from him and Midland Turbo, this thing is like new. Hopefully I can get a good chunk of removing the old one and fitting the new one done tonight then finish it off tomorrow evening!

Welwyn White starlet banded steels
Bluebear replied to GlanzaJ's topic in I Spy, Have You Been Spotted?
Sounds like dan106! http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/57927-dans-stancelet-the-end-is-near/ -
Well, got my spare CT9 sent off to Liam to work his skills on it. Got it back today, so hopefully I can get that fitted before next weekend. I'll be going down to a rolling road meet in Tewkesbury on the 9th, the same place I got my 172bhp result earlier this year. It'll be interesting to see if there's any change!

No worries mate, we'll just get you in one of these.

What spoiler is it? My dad got one for his off eBay that seems to have been made by a Greek firm or something. Was there ever an OEM spoiler for the P8? Other than the GT one?
-
Shame you're having so many issues with her mate!

Just paid!

Just had a CT9 rebuilt with a welded up wastegate penny and slightly rotated by Liam this week! Flawless service, and I cannot believe that the turbo I got back is the same one! I could eat my dinner off it! No qualms at all about taking a turbo to Midland Turbo again in the future.

As I said to you on FB mate, it looks brilliant now. Nice work on the ABS removal too, can't even tell it was there!

My dad has said that aparently (according to the CCUK guys so may be slightly biased), the facelifts piss all over the EP3 if its damp outside due to the aids. In terms of straight line speed though, the Hondas will be better. -

You're missing out on 64-man battles though Griffo, what's your origin username?

^Yeah, BF3 always felt tighter. Although having said that, I couldn't play it the other day, I was useless! Apparently the CTE client for PC is a lot better (think of it as a live beta build of BF4 where the devs are trialing different fixes and so on).

Mine are 185/55/R14 Yokohama AS01 S.Drives, on a 14" 6J rim. Seem pretty decent, bit sketchy in the wet sometimes, but I've been quite happy with them! I got mine off Camskill, but they don't stock them any more. mytyres, lovetyres and demontweeks have them in stock. £62 - £64 delivered per tyre.

SOLD - Blitz EP82 Glovebox Carbon Gauge Pod/Panel
Bluebear replied to Socks's topic in Latest Used Parts
Good lord, never even seen one of these before. I have to say, never really understood the whole 'glovebox gauges' thing. Surely they'd be too far away to see in any detail? Looks a quality bit of kit though! -
Ay up stranger!

A gunmetal/anthracite colour? Gotta keep the blue band though.
