  1. Yep. There might be a vaccum line or 2 thats on there also?? I could be imagining this tho they can be looped aswel but you will have to do that on the inlet mani aswel if you do that. Again i might be imagining it all lol
  2. Yes this is true but if nothings there to look at then they have to be looking for it, or you get friendly with the testers lol
  3. Yes a proper manual rack will be different to the p/s in the sence of gearing as theres no way you could sell a car with steering as heavy as mine! but Fitting a non p/s rack isnt that simple it needs the column and the mounting points differ on the bracing under the dash so theres loads to change in doing it! Im looking at the new mr2 setup its speed variable so if setup correctly it can be made really nice for town or spirited driving And mines been looped since august 2008 still not locked or broken or anything play is still minimal aswel, personally i dont think its much to worry about.
  4. These 6 bolt diffs then? Whats the DIFFerence?? (lol cheap pun)
  5. Naa you could make an adapter harness, someone just sold a ep82 p&p with one so could be used on either cars
  6. Yeah when travelling at speed theres absolutely no issues what so ever with cornering as you are only doing small movements on the wheel, its at speeds of 30mph or less that its a complete b*tch to turn! Its just not very nice, i mean its been like it 3-4 years so its obvs not the end if the world but it has its moments where you just wish it had p/s where I've never sat in another car and said i wish it was manual!
  7. You guys are mad! I had to remove my p/s and loop over the pipe mine had, because i didnt have the room for the pulley with my engine and i hate it, its heavy and snatchy and generally all over the shop on B roads. Im far more confident in my corolla on either stock springs or apex ones and thats got P/s, i can drive that so much closer to the limit for longer and on much worse roads Im going ellecy p/s when i find a setup i like!
  8. Id almost say its missing an earth, my car did this after i did my head gasket, turned out it was a bunch of earths on the back of the intake manifold we had moved to the wrong place. Put them where they belonged and it started nearly instantly!
  9. Haha good work, could aways put sum scaffold boards down n slide it along them without to much bother id imagine
  10. A friend mine had a suzuki swift 1990 and we could lift that between 2 of us, it was heavy n we couldnt have moved it far but with 4-5 or so it would have been fairly easy, but we had to cut it up to get it thru an arch way in the end so we lifted the whole floor pan with no roof or engine bay with only us 2. Saying that his car was so flimsy if you jacked it up on 1 corner you couldnt shut the doors because the chassis had twisted that much lol
  11. With no panels etc prob 500-600kgs max id imagine maybe even less. Its quite hard to judge lol
  12. Be a bit silly if its stolen n hes put his actual address on there though :s
  13. Lol awesome! Id like to know the spec on the evo aswel, i mean if the evo hasnt had much done to it then i bet a ax with a vts lump wouldnt be far off anyway. My cars as quick as my mates old evo 6 running 320hp and im in a heavier car than the ax with 175hp So id guess that the evo wasnt stock either lol
  14. What are all the chavs going to be buying in 10 years now? Lol
  15. Ooo i just remembered i got a mate pulled over for my ITB's They didnt clock my car n pulled my mate in his mitsi mirage cyborg (import colt) just behind me. Did a db check n realised it obviously wasnt him haha
  16. Theres two reasons for this... 1. You havnt owned it long enough 2. They are old peoples cars so are just over looked by the old bill They dont even look at me in mine its brilliant, get to rice about everywhere
  17. No only the ice mine gets trees, leaves mud and sits on my lawn as its better than the swamp of a driveway i have
  18. Once in the starlet for "tail gaiting" some moron in the fast lane not moving over! Not pulled but had a spot check done on my car when i was parked up chatting to a mate, turned out i had no MOT... Oops that cost me £60 lol never in my corolla unless you class them stopping by when im doing evening visits at work but that was more checking up on me rather than the car. and about 4/5 times when i was in my mums micra, and 1 of them was for driving too slow (on purpose)
  19. Ahh i just assumed they would have, my bad. The whiteline ones arent that bad, they just bolt through the rear chassis arm above the backbox and obv one on the other side. If you are worried about rust then you can get to the inside of the rail to underseal it by removing the rear bumper
  20. Tuning developments on here sell them buddy

  22. Just a heads up, an ep82 or ep91 RARB will fit as they are the same, i think if you look in the traders section a couple of them have offers on whiteline and ultra racing products. Both of which sell rear ARB's for your car ;)
  23. Weeeeyyyy! Good work dude all the hard works nearly paid off!
