hi yes mate, this manifold was originally released to suit td04/05 and Vf-series turbos. its not available to fit the garrett upgrades. our site is terribly out dated. i will put up a FF td-series thread soon with details.

i have a pic of the ram manifold fitted with the sard rad. will try to dig it out. ram manifold takes up a lot more space. the evo manifold should go in much easier as its slightly more compact. the runner design was adjusted slightly some time ago to allow for more clearance. so if you have an evo manifold manufactured prior to this..it may not fit with sard. however both of these manifold were made to clear stock radiator.we did not make it with the sard rad in mind guys.

hey guys..both the evolution and ram style manifolds will fit with sard. but with the ram style...its a tight squeeze. ample space with the evolution manifold. when buying the kit..you can choose ANY of our manifolds with the kit. there is no price difference between evo/ram manifold...same price

dont re-use oem bolts mate. replace with new or go arp for a little bit more.

manifold is WEPR...but god only knows who made that little pipe. just FYI...we provided a few Evolution manifolds couple of years back with a waste gate relocation pipe. these Evo manifold will have the w.gate outlet comming out straight. the Evo manifold generally come with the waste gate out let pointing up which allows you to bolt the f38 tial directly on to the manifold. fitting it directly on to this manifold may cause fouling with the upper rad hose mate. you could get someone to make up a small F38 to MVS band adapter and fit the newer smaller tial 38mm. or simple just a small flange to

actually the logo is on the way it is, is because when we photograph it off the car on a motor...it looks nice. we do not put the logo on the front face because its not a straight edge and the logo does not look very nice that way.

haha i may have you beat RobH ...bought my GT back in february 2001 ... this is the oldest pic i got..but even this was taken in 2002 after i upgraded to T3 super60 set up...the first ever turbo kit i made.. and now....after trying out about 7 different turbo set ups and 8 engine rebuilds later hahah..

you have exceeded the stock box's cabality a while back mate hehe. doubt any sort of rebuilding etc will hold up..even if it does, you will never know when you'll have issues again. may need to look for a stronger alternative
