Wide band is a must. If your finding the whole map is too lean or too rich change the injector size in settings and with will change the whole map

I done 2 clutches in 2 years on my GT running around that power. The springs were hanging out and rattling on the aftermarket friction plate so I went for oem as it uses rubber dampers instead

On a cbt you can ride up to a 125 with so much bhp or something. You want a 125 2-stroke to start with, trouble is the prices are getting higher on the old 2 strokes now. Dtr125 are popular, few if my mates have them. All the new ones are 4-stroke and not very exciting. The bike rules are rubbish now. I had my 250 on the road at 17, full licence at 19 lol a full size bike . I go out for the whole day on my bike covering miles. You need to find byways round where you live and make some route up. I'm quite lucky having lots of good areas round me. It's gone down hill in the last 6 years. Nearly all the unpaved byways have changed to restricted byways! But if you get a sm you can have just as much fun on the roads

I like the oem friction plate as it has rubber damper in. On the aftermarket clutches they use springs that get sloppy over time

Pit bikes are fun but the novelty wears off quick. If it was me I'd get a super moto with off road wheels as well. The thing with 125's you have to rev the hell out of them every where. I never bothered with one and went from my 50 super moto to my 250 enduro. Also with off road bike you can get out the way and mess out with out being reported for doing silly thing lol

They way I've done it makes the track 10mm wider each side. So the 70 now has the rear track of a GT axle.

So I got some rear discs fitted now It using GT wheel bearing and GT stub axles Cut the old stub axles off flush And then bolted on the stub axles cut off a GT axle And it's done

You still get a small flow of oil through the cooler so you don't get a sudden rush of cold oil when the stat opens

I'm going to thrash it on track a bit as well. So it's there when I need it. Today I fitted GT rear discs and callipers...

I got quoted 450 by a very good guy to take the dings out and paint both sides if the 70. Most places won't want to do a bumper for less than 100

Don't take long! Easy time to swap the servo and master over

You can change them without removing the head. But you want some one who knows what they are doing. If they drop a valve inside the cylinder the head will have to come off regardless. To do it without removing the head the engine has to be locked at tdc then compressed air down the spark plug hole. It's a time consuming job. Depending where you go any thing from 2hours labour +

Get the GT on the rollers. Would be good to see how it compares to TD's rollers

All the optional parts were discontinued a few years after they finished production

Also got a steering wheel on the way as the stock one is too far away for my liking
