The trim around the rear windows bolts in from the inside. Not sure what other bit you mean?

Still havnt had time to wrap all the loose ends up. Lots of work on. Stuck the emu in the other day. Been doing a bit of road mapping, the emu software isn't that bad once I've found the bits I wanted it to do. I shall turn the boost up once it's mapped good on .8 bar. Pleased with how it's driving. So much smother already and I've hardly touched the ignition map yet. Also got lots of fabric and scrim foam to retro fit an interior back in the car. It's annoying getting dripped on in the mornings lol -
Just leave it off. Or loop it over if your not running hi/ lol

That scappage system the government set up got rid of a lot of the old cars and when the scrap prices were high the scrap yards got rid of there old cars. So getting second hand parts is a pain. I'm just after some interia plastics

Ep82 loom into n/a ep91 turbo conversion
turbo Grant replied to dangeestarlet's topic in Electronics
I put an 82 engine loom into my 70. It's all fairly straight forward, just google wiring diagrams. There are a few kicking around -
I've been on the hunt for parts for the last 6 months. They are few and far between if you find one let me know
-
Email camskills, they can get you replacement parts no problem.
-
What year is it. Looks round the 90's era. People out there wanting them. Worth around the 1k mark I recon.
-
Not a bad result. Need to get some more pics of this!
-
I've got a welder lol pm coming
-
Think it's a 24mm or a 22mm? Should be one of them
-
Shouldn't be any need to upgrade the altornator power wire. The earth kits usually run about 5 wires from the negative terminal to various locations around the bay
-
I might just have to buy this for the 70 it keeps popping back to the top!
-
It's not far from me. Harry bought it off Gaz. Really can't see if going for that price tho

Havnt really done anything to this since I plonked the engine in. Been busy sorting people's cars and vans out. Also in the proses of moving into a riverside side pad on my mates trout farm lol Dirty daily Still haven't put the lower grill back in or any of the under trays! And looking out my front door, best not fall in walking out the door after a few aha -
I think I know what car it is. Guys a dreamer lol it's an auto conversion as well Just had a look at it. It's its abbotts old car. Harry is asking slot for it tho! It's not even forged lol not sure if he has had it sorted yet but the paint was peeling off down the sides
-
Yep they are really handy. Perfect for front cross member and floor pans. The cheap ones off ebay work ok
-
You want it to go right back to the steering rack really. Make the under side of the car as flat as possible. Brackets would need to be custom. Get you self a nutsert riveter, useful bits of kit
-
All starlet suspention fits. Front top mount bolt pattern is slight narrower on the 70's
-
About 2k on the 70 including buying it and lost count with the 82, over 10k I recon
-
That icv on the end of the manifold dose f all really. I've binned mine off and it's fine. You can also get a high idle from the pcv valve if it's faulty
-
I just us bga FE gaskets from the factors. They are all the same and cost about £8
-
The engine bay would look like a r5 gordini. They have a snug cut out in the bulk head. The gear box is on the front of the engine lol
