If you go to toyoto you will only get a pressed on pully for all years now. You can still get aftermarket bolt on pully pumps -

O2 sensor is the one closest to the turbo. Best to have it in there. The bottom one is a cat temp sensor. Try planking the pcv valve off. They can cause a high idle when broken.

You just want to nip it up with a spanner. Don't go mad with it tho -

need some help with wireing want to fit my engine into a jimny 4x4
turbo Grant replied to boosting24/7's topic in Electronics
You need to wire it up via a couple of relays and fueses. Bits not hard at all. On the ignition switch IG2 is 12v with the ignition on, and ST1 is 12v on cranking This is what I used. Cut all the wiring out of a GT loom -

Wirings easy, fuel cut relay is boles to the dash around the Clive bod area and the efi relay is in the fues box Google 4efte wiring looms. Quite a few of them floating about -
You would need to cut the end of the inlet off and weld a flange on it. I put a 55mm tb on my old GT and had to grind the inlet opening bigger if you get what I mean.

You should see 4 black rectangle pads on each corner on the sills. They are the jacking points. Some times the pads fall off so you might not have all 4

Think they reverses into something?

That's what you got to do! Friends with benefits is the best way. You just got to tell them at the very start so they know what they are in for. And when you get bored move on haha

Get them out your life and then fuck a fat girl to make you feel better about your self haha

Think it's about 600 a shaft for the manuals. If it's clicking your getting on a lock it outer. Iner ones usually cause a vibration driving straight. You can always send the shafts off for recon if you want inners and outers doing

You could try toyota. Be over 1k for 2 I recon lol

Your car must have 100s of hour work time, it's an absolute credit to you. I see what you done with the fuel pumps. I did have this as a thought as well. I poped the cover off and looked inside. I wanted to keep my fuel gauge sender and decided I couldn't fit an baffled intank pump and keep the sender. So opted for the good old swirl pot set up But also adding to this I had to get this done fast. The car was off the road for 8 days. I did also think of making an L shaped intank baffle setup. The but would mean cutting the hole out bigger in the tank to keep the gauge -

I was thinking about sumping the fuel tank and just running the one in-line pump. But decided I wanted to keep a good ground clearence. And it saved me from welding my mint tank lol
