Same torque if your using stock headbolts. If using aftermarket bolts they will come with different torque settings

If its popping out of gear then there is an issue with the gearbox.

clutch release bearing

Sounds like its the release bearing - when the car is on idle listen to it carefully from the drivers seat then hold the clutch in all the way if it gets quieter when pressed then its the release bearing. you will notice a different sound when the clutch is pressed and de-pressed

with a wepr td04 hybrid im sure u need to be running over 1.2bar for it to be in its efficiency range

Ask whoever is going to map your car - its what your tuner is comfortable with. For example my tuner always recommends AEM as he gets the best results with that and he is most comfortable mapping AEM.

If the battery has good charge just undo the fuel pump and connect it directly to the battery. If it doesnt whine then its fukd

You can only reuse them if they are still within tolerance. Get them measured with a stretch gauge. Dont just reuse them without checking or it could end up more costly

I will be sticking to factory mounts on my Ep82 as its running stock power. However my V is fully polybushed.

I have been hearing a knocking noise coming from my car when changing gears so i decided to check my engine mounts. I was horrified with what I found. Got a replacement set from Socks and they got delivered and fitted within 48hrs
