If you run a higher compression on the 5E i reckon you could possibly achieve 300 or near on a TD04 @ 1.4 bar. Infact maybe that would be too much boost (depending on the C.R) would just be a case of turning up the boost until knock was detected and then wind it down a bit.

The timing also needs to be right for it to start. Do you have all the cam covers on ? The belt could have slipped. Could be a mapping issue ? Cold start etc.

Size wise they are between a TF035 and a TD04. Should give some idea on what power it'll make.

If its minty mint id say 3K for a clean silver GT. My mates silver one was flawless and he sold it for 3.5K with a few mods, but still CT9 with TMIC etc.

A 2.5" should flow 300bhp. 440 is what i got quoted for a custom 2.5" EP85 exhaust from decat to the back bumper, including a custom backbox built to a spec chosen by me. Thats by the best company in the area. Wouldnt say it was too bad a price.

A lot of these cars have mad panel gaps. The wee screw clips that hold the bumper on tend to wear. You could ask the owner to remove the bumper and look for crash damage.
