i removed al that crap and filled up the hole to the wax valve no more idling isseus attal !!!!! its a very very comen ( weak spot ) on our engines

ha ha the old spirit level trick just a tip your better of putting the spirit level to the flat face it will be more accurate

ya thats the negative of it but its the same if you had an uprated tb they dont have it either you get used to it pretty fast

2 pack metal compound its called i think +????? its that stuf you mix together ( filler and activator ) it turns to steel and can be drilled etc etc

thats the engine with the crank pickup very good setup if you want to use megasquirt on it -
no bother did it work ? if your filling that hole then reset the idle rufly and wait till the engine is AT FULL operating temps ( fan kicking in ) to set final rpm this also means you can delete al the idling crap hoses icv etc
