Bit of a spec on the engine :-)4efe block and crankGt rods 5e pistonsBlock:Fully acid dipped/ chemically cleanedHoned boresMicro polished 4efe crankAll new big ends, little ends, mains and thrust washers,New oil pumpNew piston rings5e pistons machined and lathed with 30 tho dish for lower compression :-)Head:Fully stripped and chemically cleanedAthena 1.9mm head gasketNew valve stem sealsFully re builtRe shimmed New head boltsNew compression ratio is 8.08.1Which is lower than a standard 4efte so looks like machining the 5e pistons was defenatly a good idea plus there still well within tolerance with regards to thickness!After I've finished messing with the bay tucking the wiring for the engine I'll time the engine up and add all the other little bits then get it running ready for jae :-)Dean Quote Link to post Share on other sites
