Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 Well I had a day playing on new years day as we dint go out or anything I was nice and fresh!!! Dad was messing with other stuff so I had the place to myself all day! I marked the old cooler before I took the bumper off just to see how much was covered up and most of it was! more of the bottom but a chunk of the top was too. So id say the new one is perfect!! I then made some fresh new brackets to weld onto the crash bar. Clamped up ready to remove the bar to weld them on. Next was to make up a new hot side pipe, I dont tike the pipes under the cross member so I made it go through the front panel to keep it nice and short! The cold side is going to be done the same but I need to move the rad and brackets over first to make space for the pipe so it got this as a quick bodge but had to to change it again as I could not get the bumper back on lol. Any way it looks like this now!! Quote
Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted January 2, 2014 Author Posted January 2, 2014 Its a 3" thick garrett core mate! theres nothing much to mach the cooling these can give!! Quote

Socks Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 As I said on FB. Should make a huge difference... Be careful though, that COULD alter your mapping big time.... Don't go pastying it too much! Quote
