  1. I think The spacings inside are different for each of the sections. Uk spec are 4 even sections but the reflet/98 spec have a large top one and smaller bottom 3. But im pretty sure they screw on just the light might not shine through as it should
  2. Oem lsd will be helical/torsen type most likely these require very little servicing basically standard gearbox oil changes. Its only really clutch type lsds (mainly aftermarket) that require special lsd oils and regular service internals
  3. Get a straight edge and lay it along the faces see if theres any noticable distortion
  4. Cracking work its great to see you progressing with it working towards the 11s. And i know its not ideal but what about spacing the topmounts with a packer for some extra height on the rear?
  5. I thought they fit they just dont line up with the internal sections correctly. But yeah thats fair enough. Thought you might like to know for the indicators though
  6. You could buy just the lenses from toyota. Indicators were about £7 and rear lights about £25 each
  7. Gotta be worth a go, also the sugar cube on the selector can make the shift a bit notchy at time. Might be worth having a look at that see if its worn
  8. What about bending the bracket to easy the angle on the cable
  9. Yellow stuff in the daily is fine. Were shite on track though
  10. Mine arrived today, titanium grey look mint! Not literally obviously...
  11. Get some paper and trace it as best as possible, Then scan it in and email it to someone to turn into a vector or whatever theyre called for vinyl. Then make sure you get a copy of it for future reference!
  12. Frozen lines? Pump clogged with crap, lines clogged with crap.
  13. Guess you're going to have to wait and see which one is left at the side of the car one morning...
  14. Same diff fits all 4age's and you can use c160 diffs in starlets so would be fine. Only difference with the boxes is the shift mechanism being on the other side of the box
  15. Well going by that its 71lb-ft so it use those numbers. I had to make the best of a bad situation so rather too tight than too loose!
  16. When i did mine i struggled like mad to get a straight answer. Ended up undoing them with a digital torque wrench and pretty got a average of around 105lb-ft. Think i did mine a tad over that and locktited them in for safe measure
  17. I just have a normal battery in mine. But i do have rear seats still, never been mentioned in mot. Bmw's dont have a special battery either and theyre in the boot

    The new Yaris

I completely agree but people are slow to react and not everyone reacts the same. The teslas are actually programmed to hit the car rather that pedestrians as youre less likely to kill someone in a car.
  19. Bumpy country roads and stiff coilovers dont mix lol. 6f/4r springs on mine and it throws you about all over the place. If it were a daily id consider 5/3 but its not so i wont bother lol
  20. It really depends what you want to use the car for. If you go all out like above it will drive like a pig on country roads, sometimes you have to compromise in one area to help keep road holding on worse surfaces. Coilovers are good and you can select spring rates to suit expected driving conditions. Etc etc

    The new Yaris

Tbf in another 10-15 years we wont be driving cars unless its on a track. What with the tesla and its crash detection system and self drive features already showing the world what can be done it wont be long until the decide its safer than having humans driving. At that point whats the point it having sporty or fun cars?
