  1. Damaco in norfolk. They build race engines.
  2. Good work, thought that may be the case and glad you sorted it!
  3. Welcome i just got back from NZ a few days ago, immediately regret my decision 😂😂
  4. I've us a shout and pm the design over when you have and ill ask around.
  5. The 5efhe is from paseo betas and sera's and quite hard to find but the late ones do rev fairly high and push out 110hp but theyre not the easiest to find. You can get the 4efe to 90ish hp fairly easily but after that you may aswell boost it.
  6. Thats not bad with a cage in there as well. Get yourself a 5efhe and a g6 6 speed box, will be a good 130hp/t and quick through the gears then aswell I keep debating stripping mine again but also like the idea of it looking like a standard car and being practical lol
  7. 1990timeismoney used to be able to do stuff on here. Not sure if hes still about other than that i know a couple of people that might be able to do it. Do you have measurements or would it be a case of them having to do all the maths to get everything right?
  8. If i get another job in a machine shop i shall let you know but for now im enjoying being a bum haha
  9. If you had asked a couple of months ago i could have knocked some up but since I've quit im no longer able to help lol
  10. Thats nice and light, is that with a tabk of fuel and im guessing no interior. Have you removed any of the sound proofing at all?
  11. Another one? Haha cool looking motor havent seen it in a while tbf. are they a set of my Sr decals?
  12. Yeah that peg should locate in the caliper. They will also need mounting to the shock to pass mot which is what that little bracket at the bottom of the shock is for id actually hazzard a guess that the shocks are on the wrong side looking at the location of the brackets vs brake lines.
  13. Ahh my shocks were on 120k miles so in need of replacing top mounts etc plus springs were oem ones. I managed to blow a new oem shock in 1 year too so other than about £25 difference between a stock shock and a BC replacement i didnt see the point in worrying on the cost. The other option is servicable shocks like gaz or something maybe?
  14. This was mine reasoning for going coilovers. I was looking at kyb ultra Sr's for my corolla but shocks, springs and topmounts would have set me back £750 I ended up with a nearly new set of Bc's for £450 and the ride they give on that most people dont even realise theyre coilovers. I have bcs on my starlet though and they are a bit firm but I've always said for a daily i would opt for a softer spring combo like 5f/3r instead of the 6f/4r that came supplied
  15. Not really any updates on this, I've quit my job had a week skiing in italy, another 6 weeks in new zealand and another week in sydney so im now half skint and jobless and im not even home yet 😂😂 The car did come home before i left so i know the rear arches need rolling, tracking/geo needs setting up as everything has been off on the front end. The powersteering works but did seem a bit light, this could be in part down to the geo and that the speed signal isnt wired up yet so i will be sorting that out whilst im a bum. Will be finishing off my strut brace and probably
  16. Ooo another one what engine is it 16v/20v? Where abouts you from fella? Need to get some pics up 😃
  17. It doesnt look glossy enough. Is it dry carbon or just faded? Either relacquer it or get it done or paint it imo.
  18. Thats ace. Will probably do this to mine as that really bugs me! Next one, someone do a diy for auto wipe when you switch into reverse 🖒
  19. I just Cut and folded mine down. Not the prettiest but it should have worked
