totally agreed. you will have a great alround power, and really quite good engine efficiency (nice full power band) with the high torque output were you would want to gear, also helping low rpm traction. with the cam and turbo setup you will get instant spool up. fantastic setup. the e11 corrola inlet does have a sharp power loss just were you dont want it. this tubular manifold with ct9a with a 4efe inlet cam would be a complete mismatch. wheel spin happy, all low to mid rpm torque. as you say. love it great tune.

should be a great setup,ct9 A, 4efe cam set (helping the low rpm power) on the 4efte power manifold and 4efe smaller more controllable throttle. lots of mid to topend torque. well suited for track. keep it up really enjoying this.

yep it was coming to them and now there going to struggle shame they had to take the other teams they supply engines to for this ride. dont believe what you read in the press is all im saying on this. merc are very clever at marketing. what is everyone talking about??. 2021 is a know brainier. easyish picking after that its a real question.

yeh ill message it you soon. they do look good plus should last along time. cheers i have had some crazy cars most are turbos, but im simply staggered by what this little thing can do. the times its achieving already are super car level, and it does not have to be driven in anger/hard at all to hit them. the handling is also crazy. im really glad i came across them when i did.

Yeh head down and onwards. I was looking forward to getting it dynoed and seeing the mighty torque curve it has/I'm feeling. Plus getting some speed figures recorded. Well looks like I'm stuck over seas for now with this covid situation. I've just recently purchased A power enterprise Kevlar cam belt. I really am itching to get back and get driving it as well as fitting some of the new parts.

For me personally I think red bull are clutching at straws hoping for a quick fix with young talent, driving at these speeds in these cars takes experience not raw talent. I'm loosing faith in Christian Horner fast. The team and cars are clearly developed around max another big problem for his team mate as they now need to drive like max to get anywhere. Even thew max is clearly fast this is his 5th season in F1 with no challenge for the title any were to be seen (the dnf king) shows his lack of experience. All Sergio needs to do to beat max is be consistently in the top 5 in

it would be a monster of a vehicle the 3sge and 3sgte engines are power houses. they are also thirsty on fuel the 3sgte runs around 21mpg and the 3sge around 28mpg on a great day. there are afew lads on the corrola owners that have done the swap into the ae101. i would agree with claymore. ive seen to many loved motors go to scrap and money wasted threw complex builds being undertaken. when a build like this are done they take on average around 5 to 10 years to complete. one of the worst things here is to trust someone to do the build for you it rarely gets complet

Thanks I'm just fine tunning things at present to a comfortable everyday driveable state. You will get a feel for the settings of the brake bias valve mainly in stop and start traffic to much rear causes the car to stop dead on light braking. The brake peddle on these is also adjustable to remove the dead zone. Becarful here adjust this 15deg at a time. To much will bring the brakes on. You will need a little dead zone to allow for heat expantion. Using top grade brake fluid helps again. Great shop. I've been buying off them along time. https://www.mcgillmotorsport.com/adjust

I'll get up lots of pics of her then I've also got 5 go pros to do some videos. As well as she's on the Dyno. These will take a little longer as I'm going to get into editing them for good viewing. If anyone can recommend some great editing software to use.

i have but there on my tablet in the uk at present. im not with it i basically placed 2x level type staged bias vales in the 2 brake lines that the starlet has. 1 lines does left front and rear right the other operates right front rear left. ive removed the factory pressure referance valve and routed it threw 2x bias valves that ive joined together so it becomes 1 lever in affect. the lever type valves are designed to be bolted together ive just joined the handles as well by drilling and bolting them together. im hoping to get back at the end of the month. ill get you some pics then.
