whats up with tgtt I keep getting a hacked message
Nanglebadger replied to AlancEP82's topic in Lifestyle General
fuck me, big clever boys going around hacking car enthusiast websites, the kind of bellends who live at home in their parent's basement til they're in their 50s and wear high-waisted tracksuit bottoms and are banned from standing outside primary schools and parks. they'll probably have email addresses yes, but hopefully not the passwords. Awesome thanks John!!!! I need to learn how to do that with my phone!!!! Cheers Liam. All credit goes to the extremely talented Monty as he is the man behind the awesome! I can't take credit for the work, I spoke with John about how he did his, brought my paint into the house to warm up, then thought I should just let a pro do it in case I fucked it up. Cue Mr Monty!! The colour he has been able to match as closely as possible to the powder coated inlet mani I bought off Starbuck last year, so should all tie in pretty well hopefully once all fitted! Couldn't be happier with how it looks, just need to arrange collection which I have had to delay due to other commitments this week. Big thanks to Crooks for acting as delivery man also, saved me getting lost in the wilds of County Armagh!!!!!!!!!! lol. I've also spoken to Monty about the rear floor. I'll just leave that sentence hanging there for a good while until I can pursue it further ;) Phil.

^^^^ "not send parts" insinuates he has the parts in his possession. Are they coming from Japan or have they landed? because, quite obviously I would think, he cant actually send something that is still in Japan. Even if he has won the item, bear in mind it still has to ship domestically to his middle-man, who will also have a turn around time! Expectations of delivery times from Japan seem to have got out of hand on here recently; when Rico and Ecksjay were ordering parts in years back, no one was under any illusion that it would probably take 3 months to arrive. Matt is experiencing some personal stuff at the minute and quite frankly needs some time to himself to get over it. Anyone who thinks he's going to mug them off for a few pounds is deluded, the guy has GIVEN me a brand new Rescueman and a GT brochure, key word, GIVEN. He could have made about £75 from those items. This isn't a guy out to take your money. Fair enough I understand frustration if he has the item in his garage and hasn't sent it for a month, I won't weigh in on that, but if its coming from Japan, folk need to be realistic. I've been reading these posts and comments for months and said nothing, but its getting out of hand now. Phil.
