I may of course be a bit biased towards that exhaust...lol! Great work as always B! Phil. -
Excuse my ignorance of oil specs, but why 5w40? I was given to understand that 10w40 was the oil of choice for these motors? Phil.
-
lol thanks dude. Reading back through that spec list there, and sitting in it on Sunday night has put some fresh thoughts in my mind also. But first up is the rocker cover and some OEM Glanza mats. Cheers, Phil.

Update Pedals securely bolted up last nite, including a touch of graphite grease. That just leaves mounting the footrest to sort out. Spoke with Monty on Saturday, work is progressing on the rocker cover, it's in primer already, so I'm gonna have to see about some fresh oil seals, rocker nuts and PCV shortly. Bumpity bump bump! Surely someone has fitted a footrest to their N/A? Phil.

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat! how the hell have u managed that bud!!!! hope u can get her sorted ASAP! Phil.

As per the title, has anyone successfully fitted a Glanza footrest to a UK Spec EP91?? The UK Specs have one locating lug on the bulk head that is threaded, looks like maybe an 8mm nut, but the second one is not present. So has anyone successfully mounted a footrest to their UK Spec, and if so, can you give me some pointers? Right now I'm thinking of drilling out the footrest plastic to get an 8mm nut with a big washer onto the lug to hold it in place. Cheers, Phil.

thanks for reading it dude, thats some undertaking! And thanks for the kind words. Its had its ups and downs and been very difficult at times, but its quite gratifying at the minute that it can just sit in the garage whilst I source assorted bits and pieces, and fine details to tidy it up, and not worry about will it be ok for work in the morning! i can take it at a leisurely pace, and the best part is, MOST of the hard work and big investment is behind me. Now its about getting her up to scratch and MOT worthy and enjoying the Blitz set-up! Picked up some nuts and bolts and self tappers from work this week, so pedals will be firmly mounted by the weekend! Phil.

£160 to import, plus the price of a replacement lense, is more or less the same money as going ot your local Toyota and ordering them brand new at £89 each. Which just goes to show how much of a bargain this set is! Phil.

great update gents!!! looking really well!!!! Phil. -
Simply the single best seller of all time. Provides more pictures and more detail than has been asked for. Provides multiple means of contact. If he says he will send you pictures on a certain day, you get them on that day. Couldn't possibly have been more genuine or more helpful in anyway short of driving the car to my parents' front door, which I reckon he would probably do if he was bored. Fantastic communication and absolutely 100% hassle free. From everyone at BadgerSports Inc, a massive thank-you to Jack!!! Phil.

Tired to upload pics - PC tried to format camera. fail. will try lap top. still hunting around work for nuts and bolts. Phil.

beautiful addition! Phil.

Cheers dude. Yeah I've seen their kit before, but thats a lot of monies to fork out in one go for some bolts and washers. Does give me an indication of the sizes i need though if i bother with this. thanks bud! Phil.

those lights may be the single biggest bargain I have ever seen! I paid £89 a corner for mine from Toyota, but in your pic yours look as good as new!!!! Utter bargain! Phil.

Update OEM Pedals are fitted - well, mostly. lol. Had a blast at this yesterday, removed the old Momo ones which are very tired now. Got the clutch and brake ones mounted on with only the top two bolts - the original bolts have seen better days and some of the threads are missing, so I'm going to source 8 fresh nuts and bolts and washers for them before tightening everything up, hopefully be able to find something in work, failing that, Ebay or a local hardware store. Also got the Accelerator pedal mounted on with no problems - one of the OEM self-tappers has gone walkies, so again, just going to source a suitable replacement, hopefully from work. The footrest part is firmly mounted to the foot rest, however, being a UK spec, there's only one locator on the bodywork, which isnt catching in the receptor on the footrest. Its sitting in there at the mo, but thinking of drilling out the plastic of the footrest and getting a nut onto that threaded locator on the car to hold it all in place. Other suggestions are welcome. I have some pics on the camera, but I'm currently at work (loser). If you're too impatient, there's one up on the insta-feed-yoke. Phil.

looking good bud! nice progress! I like the attention to detail getting the exhaust modified to sit better with the bumper, good call dude! Phil.
