A well ported standard mani will do 200bhp im still running the same mani standard ported mani that I've used at 1.2bar on ct9 and 1bar on hybrid ct9 I did only make 163 bhp but I had a problem with my throttle position sensor which was retarding the timing and reducing my hp. You can take a he'll of a lot off a standard mani thee really thick cast mines had three lots of porting so far and still doing its job it needs doing again and will be done and done till it fails to see how much can be took out of it

  10. I remember you saying which is what inspired me to think is possible the problem I had was getting power to the mirrors without it back feeding the ignition and keeping everything on and then it was turning the device off while the ignition was on as my alarm locks the doors when the cars started and it folded the mirrors back in but I've solved that to
  11. Well today I've finally done it and cracked idea of folding mirrors on lock and unlock via my alarm system. Ive had to make a device to do the electrical side of things and I've not yet figured out how to keep the switch working on the inside at the same time but the first main hurdle has been jumped over. http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu359/l...81/c844d87d.mp4 I'll keep updating as I go on

  17. I'm thinking we could have some Uksc games but something unique not like 5aside or tug of war, maybe everyone should bring a nurf guns or a manly wet t-shirt comp or like we did this year see how many Uksc members we can get on the sportrak (epic), who can get the most car keys off the civic stand who always seem to park right next to us and set off fireworks!
  18. Right I've fitted several clutches to my car now as the gearboxes have been in and out and I seem to always have a high peddle if I just rest my toe on the peddle it starts to slip. Now I'm thinking the master cylinder may be fucked, just wondering if anyone else had had this problem? If so did you sort it.

  22. While on idle the ecu is alway adjusting the timing to keep it smooth. By shorting the pins the ecu statics the timing which enable you to set it correctly. Also engine needs to be at operating temperature (so set it after the fans have kicked in) plus base idle needs to be set.
  23. Don't forget to short e1 to te1 in the diagnostics plug when setting the timing dude, glad it's running again.
  24. I've got two set of hid off eBay 4year ago and there still going £35 delivered each set
