you could take the oppurtunity to upgrade to the popular civic rad. my rad was in the similar state, had about half of the actual fins left. but here's my current rad (the thick core civic one)

the problem with doing that is there is a chance that as there is no pressure acting on the top of the recirc valve and under boost it may leak.

for chatter? the air rushing backwards over the turbo noise? surely that's not what you're looking for as it reduces the life of the turbo? if it is what you are going for though then remove the recirc/dump valve.

if it's worn un evenly it probably means that either the piston has seized or possibly the sliding bolts for the carrier have seized. this way when the brake is applied the free surface can be applied to the disc but the seized side does not. most likely a seized caliper and will reduce braking performance significantly.

when they sell these kist they should sell the tool too. those metal cable ties are called banding and in order for you to get a decent tightness on them they need to be tightened using something like this: tighten it with one of these bad boys and it is going nowhere! (i only know this as we sometimes use banding at work)

remove the sound deadening material form the behind the firewall if there is any, there often is. polycarbonate windows perhaps? -
is it for your ninja shine logo? i'd say it's dependent on the size of the text in the logo. i'm having some project 3 developments logo made up in about 185mm x 35mm
