    it will not fit with an adapter plate+filter mate. as timeismoney recommended..you can use the adapter block along with a oil filter relocator kit.

    hi mate, if your civic rad has the bottom radiator port on the drivers side..then it will foul. you need to find a civic radiator with the bottom port on the passenger side (like stock radiator) or have your bottom port shifted to the other side. hope this helps !!
