aye either registered late or a fuck up on import. theres a 55 plate GT rocking around somewhere some idoit was trying to sell it as a special edition or some crap.
-
when was the last time you seen it ha? id be out crusing the streets searching for it! need to turn down your justine beiber album so you can hear parts flying off
-
Depends if it's a wideband afr gauge. You can get cheap narrow band afr gauges that would work with the stock lambda but they just show lean/rich there's not really any point in having one it doesn't show enough info
-
Shouldn't cause an issue unless it's blasting close to the air filter or to close to plastic/wires that it could melt. May rise the under bonnet temps slightly but wouldnt concern me greatly
-
be decent if it can be varifyed aswell before we get 50 people claiming there running 10sec quater miles in there n/a's.

a normal td04 isnt really that laggy if set up with a good map and ebc. if i didnt forge my engine id stick with a billy basic td04 suits the engines very well.
-
mine was road mapped on a e manage ultimate so no idea power. stock injectors should be fine. the laggyness of the turbo really depends on the type/make different billet turbos could spool differently
-
i ran 1.3bar on a td04 stock engine stock injectors. the engine got its arsed kicked every day for about 15 months untill i broke the whole car and sold the engine. a lad driver ran 1.6bar from memory on stock engine and never had any other but people have poped them before even hitting 1.2bar. its just a gamble on the stock engines really down to how far you want to push it 1bar is fairly tryed and tested

MIKEY4410 1998 STARLET SPORTIF TURBO--rear cambered terror------
_shaun_ replied to mikey4410's topic in EP91 Progress Blogs
are you just running these of the rear of the washer bottle pump? prob better mounting them below the cooler to be honest. with air traveling over the car it would push the water up and miss the main part of the cooler. -
White is water/coolant if it's only when cold it's likely condensation nothing to worrie about

That is gonna be a long hunt ha! I can't remember what way we went in let alone what time!

Robs Precision Boosted Track Build..She's for sale......
_shaun_ replied to RobSR's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
aye ive striped one before ha! its pretty impressive when you think how much R&D prob went into that loom just how much wire is actauly wasted. i supose theres likely reasons like plugs for optional extras and what not that contribute and works out cheaper to make one loom that all the different variations but still seems a waste id hate to see the inside of a modern car loom with all its extra electrical systems! -

Ahh that's bad luck mate we wondered what had happened. Not to be cheeky but your tyres where prob a bit far gone for the track! Your fronts looked pretty much on the limit and back had slot more tread! Either way atleast yous were safe and got to drive home. i wouldn't bother with the quater panel just keep it as a wee track slag -
Made it to my first Ukso show atlast japfest was great and everyone I spoke to was really friendly but yea names was the biggest problem i speak to a fair few people on here and seen there cars sitting empty really no chance to work out who's who unless there sitting in there car a Ukso t shirt or sticker with there user name or real name would be really handy Another thing be good if perhaps some of the mods/admin poped over to introduce themself to people they haven't seen before. I'd spoke to trisk before heading down so when he seen me at the services he made a b line for me to say hi.
-
Aye it was a Scottish lad I've never seen him before I think he just tagged along With rising sun logo'd V that came down. I've spoke to the guy with the glanza a few times and he's always been spot

fishtailing when letting off the accelerator
_shaun_ replied to enots's topic in Chassis & Suspension
Personally if your done on the suspension side of things id take it to a professional. I recently had a a lot of bother with mine having uncontrollable torque steer and wondering all over the road all the local garages didn't no what was happening. Took it to a specialist who's been building and working on all sorts or motorsport cars for over 25 years he gave me the car back 3 hours later and the handling is absolutly superb he said it just needed a good set up. And gave me a few sujestions on things to change if I wanted to really refine in. -
Was great to finally make a show the sunburn was one thing but my harnesses rubbing on it for 500miles was another thing ha! More than happy the wee car cruised down and back up with out a problem see yous all again soon
