if you are losing oil then its probably the piston rings but they should have checked the pitons for rock/movement when the head was off the block. £1200 for head gasket job is total rip off by the way. for that kinda money you could have had a full engine rebuild

Same torque if your using stock headbolts. If using aftermarket bolts they will come with different torque settings

If its popping out of gear then there is an issue with the gearbox.

clutch release bearing

Sounds like its the release bearing - when the car is on idle listen to it carefully from the drivers seat then hold the clutch in all the way if it gets quieter when pressed then its the release bearing. you will notice a different sound when the clutch is pressed and de-pressed

with a wepr td04 hybrid im sure u need to be running over 1.2bar for it to be in its efficiency range

Ask whoever is going to map your car - its what your tuner is comfortable with. For example my tuner always recommends AEM as he gets the best results with that and he is most comfortable mapping AEM.

You can only reuse them if they are still within tolerance. Get them measured with a stretch gauge. Dont just reuse them without checking or it could end up more costly
