  1. Haha, yous guys should try working on modern cars! I had to take the body shell off a discovery 3 (not a small job) just to change a turbo..
  2. The North Coast 500 looks absolutely outstanding, check that out if you havent already! Although this isnt the time of year for that tbh. Ive driven most roads in the central region, would recommend anywhere really between Stirling and Inverness, West side along the Lochs, A84 is a good run up to around Killin, then you'll be on the A85, can take a couple differnt routes and come out a t Glencoe. A811 & A82 is another grear route, down the A83 and up the A816 along the coast and you'll come out at Oban. Used to be a great run up to Nairn before the fuckin average speed cameras
  3. I recently bought a PS2 again after not having one for years, im not a 'gamer' by a long way, but theres a lot of fun to be had on the PS2 haha. Takes a while to get used to how awful the graphics are but apart from that you cant go wrong for the price youre asking GLWS.

  7. Ask WEPR nicely if they will do you a kit that allows you have both, surely it can be done.
  8. I have run both types of setups on different TD/VF kits. Screamer is great but remember it only really comes on at full boost, so its totally fine for a daily, even if you dont like noise. Even on ewg and plumbed back in once you come on boost with a decent exhaust system it'll still be load as fuck, so it really doesnt make that much difference.
  9. Ive seen a few different size alternators on starlets, having one of the bigger ones would make it a bit harder to get out. Hopefully that alternator fixea your issue bud!
  10. Gave this a wash earlier to get rid of most of the green shit that had built up on it.. Then i went a drive and wished it had a turbo hahaha.
  11. Manual convert it, add your optionals or whatever and put it back to MK2. Few nice touchs like the Levin brakes and your sorted. Job done. Really isnt many standard GTs left, be a shame to over mod it imo.
  12. Check the alternator belt is still there, if it is check its tight. When its not charging it puts the battery light on and the CAT temp sensor light on. You can test the alternator with a multimeter to see if its charging, should read around 14.5V By the sounds of it its not been charging the battery and its killed it. If you can trickle charge the battery overnight then that would be ideal, if not you might be able to jump start it, turn off all the electrics and try get some kinda charge in the battery and it should make a short journey to a garage.

Gi bonnet would be a nice touch, im thinking about getting a scoop blank and get it smoothed in I will get pics soon, its needing a deep clean and a g3 buff to bring the paint back Its nothing much to look at im still missing a grille haha. Power wise not sure.. it should be around the 100bhp area, with the ECU etc. It feels faster than my 4EFE Corolla if thats anything to go by haha. Still feel its not quite running properly, need a proper air filter setup and also somewhere to put in the air intake temp sensor..

  21. The rear window hinges on EP8* are pretty shit, if you get stronger hinges then that would be ideal.
