  1. Custom is your best bet. Always some variation in cars that will affect fit. Custom you can design how you want, choose sound, most places offer life time warranty and you dont have to fit it !
  2. Setting it up for 1bar wont make much difference if its boost creep. As it gets colder it will probably boost creep more. External gate or port wastegate
  3. Not saying you are out to scam anyone, just saying the seals being intact really doesn't mean much
  4. Set the aircon up with a charge/ intercooler for extra power ;)
  5. Don't think the prices will ever skyrocket or reach other hatch prices especially if it needs tlc. If you arent using it stick the 2-3k in the bank, safer there and money doesn't rust, needing insuring or perish!
  6. I wish i sold my glanza when i first thought about it. If its not being used and don't really plan to get use it for anything else get rid. Otherwise you'll do what i did, spend even more money on it then sell further down the line anyway. Car worth spending money on is one you dont question selling imo!
  7. I have dunlops on my charade, havent properly tried them yet but they are bloody noisy on the road! Worth noting if that woukd bother you on a daily
  8. Whats your plans for it? Saw it already has a few mods
  9. I saw that for sale, was so tempted to chop the charade in for it. Just for the dyno on the steering wheel
  10. At least with the seals broken you can confirm the ecu has the extra board and avoid being scammed that way. The whole UV light thing is a myth. It would take alot of UV light to damage it
  11. you need some sort of vac line from somewhere to go to the actuator
  12. You must have done it wrong. Try swapping the hoses to the actuator round
  13. What spring is in the wastegate? You cant go lower than spring pressure.
  14. Done to personal taste, your heigh seat arrangement etc. Size depends how easy you find it to steer. nardis are nice in older cars. Personally i find the keys racing writing tacky, nice wheel apart from that
  15. With a large exhaust id wager it would make barely any difference to power. Not for a starlet but i have an arrangment that makes it easy to switch between external vented and rerouted Middle section is removable then a blank fitted onto the downpipe.
  16. Pretty sure thats just a photo from the orginal build thread when he tried no cooler. Ad says there is one
  17. This is cool, been considering chopping in the charade for one of these
  18. No way, £350 is way too much. Unless it has proof of a rebuild. I sold mine for £150 with shafts which is around the going rate. Maybe even a bit cheaper. Id stay away from breakers as they will rip you off(business)
  19. I had ngk ones, no issues at all. And alot cheaper than magnecore
